Everything goes right until it goes wrong. USAA is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. USAA transfers its customers to Agero towing service. Agero towing service is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. Agero towing service uses Towing individuals, Intense Towing & Roadside/Recovery, that had an accident with my vehicle and lied to cover it up. All 3 businesses have rating 1.0. USAA and Agero makes it so that you can't leave a review on their webpage for the world to see. Agero also lied and said they were going to cover proven damage caused by their driver. They dragged the claim out as long as they could and then back out of it using Sedgwick Auto Services to do an incomplete estimate for damages. Sedgwick auto don't actually look at the car.

I've been with USAA banking for over 21 years and my husband has been with USAA for much longer. I have reservations about why I even use their banking services. My daughter went into the branch with my sister-in-law to deposit a US Funds check and they would not deposit it because they said it was a foreign check. The check is in US Funds not any other currency. They also wouldn't deposit her cash into her account and made her deposit it by the bank machine. They also wouldn't accept her bank rolled coins. You try calling the branch number and it takes you to the USAA 800 number. I've spent over an hour today, not to mention the time my daughter took yesterday to go down to the branch and the time I spent on the phone yesterday. I'm ready to cancel all of my accounts with USAA not to mention car, house insurance and investments. So insane!

Peace To ALL! This is Sarge J.T. I am a U.S. Veteran & Police Sergeant, ( retired)! I am a USAA Member ! I requested services from USAA & was denied assistance! Online they promised to assist me. A person from the USAA CEO'S office called me later & stated that they would NOT HELP me @ this time! The person clarified to me that MONEY was more important than my NEEDS! I even advised them that I am a Disabled & Homeless U.S. Veteran in NEED of their assistance! USAA showed me NO COMPASSION OR LOVE ! this is the worst insurance company I've ever seen so far. I've been struggling with my car for a month now and they are totally not responding to my calls and voicemails. I can't get any help from them on my claim. they sucks

My experience with USAA has been pretty terrible. Insurance claims take months to resolve, three months later my vehicle has still not been repaired and it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of claims agents or have them call you back. Adjusters are farmed out to third parties which doesn’t make matters easier. The telephone system is awful. I can’t ever get authenticated because their system doesn’t validate my social, pin, or military information. For both banking and insurance there are better options.

Can someone please reach out to me ? We are having a nightmare using your insurance! I am down a vehicle for over 2 months now because your claim adjuster refuses to speak with me or my husband! My husband has lost his job because he can’t preform it with out a vehicle! This is a brand new 2023 car that we are unable to use but pay your insurance on every month! We try calling everyday and get sent to Marcos voicemail . We have tried contacting your company every day and you just tell us we can not get another adjuster . I have been with your company for over 10 years and never had anything like this happen to our family .

This branch is a joke! Drove 6 hours to have a form signed for my husband just verifying his account number for direct deposit. Cathy refused to sign because he wasn’t in front of her. Nothing on the form stated he needed to be there. She told me to get a local bank since he was disabled and couldn’t drive there. Called the 1800, the rep told me to just sign it because I was a joint holder. Went back in, Burnadette asked me rudely if I was back. Wouldn’t even look at the form. Just stated bc my husband wasn’t there they wouldn’t sign it. This was just a form stating his account information was correct. I have never been treated so badly. Worst customer service ever! Disabled vets, this is what this branch thinks get u a local bank bc they don’t wanna help you!

USAA is not responsible for my injury and it’s insurer’s was in fault and it’s in insurer’s hit my vehicle from behind and after almost two years they said we can’t do anything regarding your injuries claim, so we went to the doctors dozens of times and still I have pain but now they are trying to be irresponsible and escape from my claim easily, they discriminated us

The USAA website said it was open. However, it appears to have been closed since March 2020 due to COVID-19. It’s now June 2022!

I am very upset with USAA. I have been an 8 year member. How does USAA allow someone to take 2 cashiers checks or tellers check whatever they call them against my account online without proper authentication via the phone or in person? I used to work at a bank and those were as good as cash and were only done face to face in person. They told me 2500 is the most someone can take out without calling in. Once this investigation is over I am done with USAA.

Branch it's self is closed due to covid and the ATM is disabled due to a card being stuck in it. Drove 30 minutes for this experience

So I knew while everything was closed because of COVID that this location was closed, so today before leaving my home which is 21+ miles away I best check to see if they had reopened. I had even seen a review from earlier this year saying it was closed for COVID but the website was show with green color that it was open and had been verified recently. Well that was not the case it is closed sign on the door honestly looks like the same sign from 2 years ago. USAA makes too much money to not be able to manage its website. Call before going to this location.
