They are always super helpful!I left the above comment a year ago, but wanted to add a new comment. Since that time, I have visit several more times for my 3 lacrosse players. Each time I am met with someone who is more than happy to spend time answering questions. I recently had an issue with a stick that I had restrung and they went above and beyond to get it fixed very quickly so that my daughter could use it for a game.

Stopped by to check out a lacrosse stick and a couple other items for my daughter. The gentleman behind the counter was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I don’t know much about lacrosse but he answered all my questions. I liked the fact that he wasn’t trying to upsell me on anything that I didn’t need. I definitely recommend this store. I rather support a local business than a chain. The store was very clean and organized and that’s always a plus.

I ordered a pair of lacrosse cleats online. Paid for expedited shipping. I contacted customer service due to the product had not been dropped at USPS until 5 days later and they blamed usps. Contacted again days later asking for my "expedited shipping" (total joke and waste of money. ) Then asked for additional pair to be sent due to "being lost by ups". No not our policy. NOW 8 days in and still no product!!! Horrible customer service and delivery! Save your time and money! Buy somewhere else!!!

Scott is amazing! I came in from out of town with my daughters stick that needed to be re-strung and he did an AMAZING job! It exceeded her expectations! Very professional and works to please! I will return to Universal Lacrosse for my kids lacrosse needs from now on because of how great Scott treated us today!! Go here, you won't be disappointed!!

Patient and knowledgeable. Scott is phenomenal he worked with us on the best head for defense and provided tips on playing that position. If you need anything lacrosse related he has it.

Roberto was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. We are new to lacrosse and he was so kind explaining the difference between sticks to our daughter. He is an outstanding employee - we’ll never go anywhere else! Thanks so much Roberto!

Called to see if they had girls lacrosse cleats after trying about 5 different places and looking online for days. The young lady that answered the phone was so helpful and even said she would stay open a few minutes after close so that we could get there and have our daughter try the cleats on. We got the ONLY pair probably left in the state in her size. And are so grateful for all of her help and for being willing to go above and beyond to help!
