I was told that since I made my purchase online with PayPal, I could only get store credit and not a full refund. I told them I was going to touch base with under armor corporate, I got my full refund. Staff at this place is great, but I do challenge under armour’s integrity if the employees are being instructed to tell people that.

Henry at Under Armour Annapolis Mall went above and beyond helping me with my purchases for Christmas. He informed me of a 30% off all-around store deal, consolidated and printed gift receipts, checked to see if the size I was looking for was available in the back, helped me fulfil an exchange and overall friendly!

Not the greatest selection to begin with, and then add not having much of anything above large where size is concerned. UA has also gotten to be a touch overpriced since I first began wearing the brand.

From our initial phone call to leaving a great all around experience! The phone call was welcoming and cheerful. Eric was very helpful and the Manager was great to talk to and answered all our questions. Loved the show of support of the local high schools, Navy, UMD and the other pro teams Under Armour supports. Overall a great vibe in the store.

I wanted to share a good experience I had with an employee at this Annapolis location! Tonight, I had the most complicated return/exchange situation to deal with. However, Conor took time to listen and understand my issue completely, and came up with a perfect solution. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable as he walked me through every step of the process. I was very grateful!!

I just love this brand to wear in my workouts and this store at Annapolis mall has a wonderful staff, always trying to help me!Another thing that I love to buy at UA is the fact they also has 20% OFF FOR MILITARY, FIRST RESPONDERS, HEALTHCARE WORKERS & TEACHERS!For sure need to show your ID!UA really honors those who served this country!I was looking for a sports bras, and I found! I was very happy with my purchase!

Very poor quality of employees, I was looking at there shoe selection and had to hunt down an employee that would help me. Once I found an employee to help I asked about a pair of shoes and they went and looked to see if they had it and came back and informed me they did not have it and then immediately walked away. They didn’t bother to ask if I had any other questions or if I was interested in any other shoes. Very bad service

Snarky staff. It was my first visit to this mall, and unfamiliar with how early this Under Armour closes, I walked in thinking they weren’t near closing because the security gates hadn’t been slightly pulled down yet, which usually signifies a soon-too-close store. The staff constantly monitored me, made passive aggressive comments, and immediately turned down any opportunity to assist me even though I was kind the whole time. It wasn’t until I asked why a gadget they had in-store didn’t work to which they taunted me with “it only works when we’re not closed.” So when I finally found out, I immediately made my purchase. And right before I left, I noticed a staff member itching by the exit, and sure enough— the millisecond I walked out, they pulled the gate down and ignored me. Staff needs to learn to announce 5-10 minutes before closing that customers need to make their final selections instead of immaturely “hinting.”
