I recently had the pleasure of using Top Notch Towing for a tow truck service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient.Firstly, their customer service was exceptional. When I called to request a tow truck, the representative was friendly, professional, and very accommodating with my requested timeframe. They asked all the necessary questions to understand my situation and provided me with an accurate estimate of the arrival time. The tow truck arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and the driver was courteous and helpful. He carefully loaded my vehicle onto the truck, ensuring that it was secure and protected during transportation. I appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took in handling my car.During the journey, the driver maintained a safe and steady pace, making me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. He also kept me informed about the estimated time of arrival at the destination, which helped me plan accordingly.Upon reaching the destination, the driver efficiently unloaded my car and ensured that everything was in order before leaving. He even offered some helpful tips for finding a reliable mechanic and body shop in the area, which I found to be a nice gesture.Overall, my experience with Top Notch Towing was excellent. Their professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their tow truck service to anyone in need of reliable and efficient assistance.

This company and people who work for are scam artists. They towed my car within 10 minutes my car being parked and it’s less than a mile away that made me pay $385. Such a rude customer service, they don’t know how to talk like normal human being. I get it, y’all are losers now you can’t see other people happy. So you decided to scam people.

I was stranded in a parking lot with a flat, Brian was walking back to his tow truck and stopped to make sure I was ok. He was so very thoughtful and kind! Thank you, Brian, we need more humans like you in this world

Extremely rude answering the phone. Unprofessional with a lot of attitude. Just wanted some guidance in parking enforcement I have never done before and the guy who answered the phone was automatically frustrated and acted as if I should have known what to say. if I knew, I would have said that when I called. I don’t recommend this place at all. Plenty of other towing companies out there.

Towed my vehicle front my place of residence. My car has a registered visible parking sticker the HOA! What a corrupt way to run a business. Fortunately, I will not be taken advantage of, and this matter will be resolved through court and press.

The WORST customer service I have ever received. I'm typically not one to post reviews, but their "service" was absolutely shameful and as a woman I would never, ever feel comfortable going to their office alone. I spoke to the tall, lean, worker over the phone and asked basic questions regarding picking up my car because I was confused and never had my car towed before. He actually yelled at me on the phone for asking questions and was very argumentative/defensive.I understand that sometimes towing and dealing with people's towed cars can be unpleasant, but this was just nasty. I don't expect someone to be enthusiastic/overly positive as everyone is human and everyone is entitled to bad days, but being verbally aggressive when you're providing a service is unacceptable. I decided to write this post because if I was an owner/manager of this company, I would want to be aware of how awful customers are treated.

I will reiterate all of the points made by the one-star reviews already: this is possibly one of the worst businesses that I have ever been forced to interact with. The man who I assume is the business owner (reading all of the other reviews) is argumentative, disrespectful, and navigates whatever means and processes possible to maximize profit, mostly to the car owner's detriment. My car was hit in front of our AirBnb in the middle of the night and was towed without my knowledge or permission. I would have never used this business if I had done research and read these reviews. The owner was argumentative from the very beginning, refusing to work with me as I had no idea what had happened to my vehicle (had to call the police station instead). He refused and threatened me once I got to the yard not to even touch my own vehicle to take pictures for my own insurance claim, refused to work well with the insurance company (big shoutout to the amazing Progressive agent, who had to call this guy back more than half a dozen times so he would release the vehicle). We even had to hire another towing service to tow the car FROM HIS OWN TOW YARD to the auto shop because he refused to do it himself. THEN HE REFUSED TO LET THE NEW TOW COMPANY TOW MY CAR OUT - because he was charging about $100 a day to fill his own pockets. He refused to take payment from Progressive and would only accept cash (sound like a legitimate business to anyone else?).He finally let the towing company tow the vehicle out once he was caught red-handed on a three-way call between myself, the new towing company (who will get a 5-star review from me - BIG SHOUTOUT TO SMITH AND JOHNSON ROADSIDE AFTER THEY DID HIS JOB FOR HIM), and the Progressive agent - who said she specifically asked him the previous day if we needed any additional paperwork to tow and he said no (he tried to say we didn't have the authorized paperwork to tow when the new tow company arrived). What an awful business and person. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A CHOICE IN THE MATTER. Choose Smith and Johnson (who rightfully have an average 4.8 star review) versus this terrible company. So pathetic to earn money this way.Service: Car towing

Completely unprofessional. The tall slim man was unbelievable rude and disgusting. I pulled in to pick up a car that was towed and he approached my car and instantly began yelling at me, stating i could not enter the lot and had to wait outside . There was no sign outside stating i had to wait outside or to stop and wait for assistance, nor did he state that when we called ahead of time and asked. After yelling and being told to get out the lot, he complained that i was doing so because he was still standing right there. Didn’t ask me why i was there or if there was anything I could be helped with. Completely the worst service I’ve ever received by company. That attitude was unnecessary and frankly the entire company is a joke. They don’t even have real signs outside. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone based on the service alone.

My car was broken down on the side of the road. Request a tow to a nearby auto service center, which was 3 miles away. company told me they don't do emergency rows anymore, but the kicker was that they couldn't provide a name of anyone in the area who would do that. Bottom line - not very helpful and while they say they provide towing services it's definitely not for emergencies. Call somewhere else.

I really feel bad for the staff. They have been so angry and argumentative on every encounter. I’ve probably been towed by this company 9 times and every time I’ve been treated so nasty by these employees. As a women I’m freighted to pick my car up alone. These men have been verbally aggressive to the point that I was even threatened. They are constantly making the pick up process difficult to make more money from jacked up fees. I’m working with my neighborhoods home owners association to partner with another tow company. My neighbors and I will no longer except this unprofessional behavior.

Ruined my night when I heard their tow truck outside of my apartment. I realized that my girlfriend's rental car that she has because she was in an accident was about to get towed because she forgot to put her temporary parking pass back in the windshield. Before the car was even lifted in the air, we made it downstairs to tell the guy we live here and put the pass in the windshield. He said we needed to pay $175 dollars or he is going to take it. What a crime. Wouldn't even show us the policy that says we needed to pay $175. I can't get over the fact that the car was literally still in the parking spot. What a crime. I hope to never have to deal with you all again
