Top Notch Towing and Transport has been my go to for my towing needs for several years. My first encounter was in the dead of winter when I locked my keys in my car with my dog with the engine running. When you call for service they respond/arrive promptly. Their services are reasonably priced,, they are professional and knowledgeable, with old school courtesy, manners and empathy. I had to use their services again last week they arrived within 15 minutes as promised…great timing! Do you need a tow? I suggest you call Top Notch Towing and Transport and experience their “Top Notch,” reasonably priced service. I am glad I called them. You will be happy too.

Extremely unprofessional, two different people yelling at me and telling me to shut up. Waited two hours to even speak to someone in person about getting my car out and spent the rest of the day getting my car out of the lot.

They came very quickly and helped me with a unique and difficult scenario. My boat trailer axle broke while I was towing it from a boat ramp, and it was not easy to get it off the road. But, they did the job and the boat was undamaged. I definitely recommend Top Notch!

I would give zero car as per maryland state rule u can't towed someone car from residential community without notification
And charge $400 and give trouble for no reason
We thought our car got stolen and it created lot of trouble for us from last 2 days...
If u want to make money do it in right way don't create trouble for resident people
Very bad service and customer care person very rude

Predatory towing practices. Won't work with you on price, says "if I give you a discount it comes out of my pocket." Yeah the 385 dollars is coming out of my pocket now. Bad people, rude, grimey, and greedy.

This company and people who work for are scam artists. They towed my car within 10 minutes my car being parked and it’s less than a mile away that made me pay $385. Such a rude customer service, they don’t know how to talk like normal human being. I get it, y’all are losers now you can’t see other people happy. So you decided to scam people.
