Always a great place for an hourly or daily box truck or small bed rental. You need to be flexible as rental trucks go out on first come, first served basis. Have rented trucks a number of times in the past. Sometimes easier then renting a trailer. Can only rent and return vehicle to the same location.

Item was delivered to wrong address, no refund. Discovered item is destroyed in box. Have to pay for new one and new delivery to get replacement. HD will refund original purchase when damaged item is returned (via same delivery service that went to wrong address) to Home Depot (if it makes it there).

While trying to get info to place an order, the lady offered no help and abruptly put me back on hold. I tried calling back several times and they would take me off hold, then quickly placed me back in the queue, then they hung up. Got no help, again.
