Exceptional Business! Worth every penny! My car was outdoors at a second residence and hadn't been washed in 5 months. It was absolutely filthy with dirt, pollen, you name it. For this reason, it cost a bit extra. Worth it! First and foremost, these are GREAT PEOPLE! They're nice, professional, and very helpful. They take the time needed to give your car the attention it needs. When I saw the car, it looked like new! Then, of course, the battery died. No problem. They had charger/jump equipment! Alas, my battery gave up the ghost, but the effort was greatly appreciated. I promise not to let my car get that dirty again, but will most definitely visit TLC Wash N Shine 2 again! Note: It's located on the second floor of the Blue garage at Annapolis Mall.

They did a good job, but we were charged for an "Extra Large" vehicle, which is not shown on their prices online or at their physical location. 18 months earlier, I brought a different full size pickup, and I was charged for a "large"
Long story short: if you drive a nice vehicle, particularly a full-sized pickup, then be prepared for hidden, unadvertised add-ons after the fact.

Excellent customer service from booking to completion of service. My vehicle looks amazing. My SUV tends get scraps and scratches when I take it to an auto car wash so I’ve been looking for a great hand car wash. The staff here is very professional and takes pride in their work. We could not have been happier. We were able to get our car in quickly and the service was kind and professional, and the price was incredibly fair. They did such an exceptional job that when a long time friend came by and saw the truck she asked who else was at our house because she didn't recognize it. We will be back soon with our other car. I was trying to get an auto-detail to sell my truck. It was a disaster and I needed quick help. I had no idea this service was even In the annapolis mall; ...Unbelievable job. I was skeptical at first because it's not your traditional shop. I'm not easily amazed but I was dumbstruck with what was done with so little gear. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Amazing. Amazing. We have small kids and busy lives, so our cars get pretty dirty. Our minivan literally looked brand new inside and out when we picked it up, and it was super convenient to take the kids to lunch and a movie at the mall and then go pick up our sparkling clean vehicle. Prices are very reasonable for the excellent quality. Highly recommend!

After using a scratch repair cloth, part of clear coat dulled. Took for an estimate. Some wanted to push for total new clear coat at prices well over $1000.00. Not only did they repair without redoing the entire clear coat, but also the car looks showroom ready. Prices were very fair and a fraction of other quotes. Location allows shopping at the Westfield Mall making it easy to leave your car. Highly recommend and will return when needed again.Services: Paint repair
