FRAUD ALERT! I placed an order online for a pair of Van’s for my daughter. Maybe one minute after placing it, I realized that the wrong color was purchased. I called the customer service line and was told that she could not see my order yet and that I would need to call back in 20mins to cancel the order. I called back in 15 mins and was told that the order could not be cancelled because it was too far in the process. I spoke with 2 agents and a supervisor who refused to cancel my order. The supervisor stated that the first agent I spoke to should have submitted my cancellation and that given she didn’t I would have to wait for the shoes to come and then request a return.
I know that I selected the right color because I asked my daughter before I clicked buy. The first agent informed that they did not have the color I wanted in stock. So I believe they switched the color at purchase and are denying cancellation of the order to keep my money. I know I am not the first person this has happened to.

Fantastic store in the Annapolis mall.All of the sales persons were helpful and courteous. They even took sizes off of the mannequins for us! Great sales and very good selections.Five stars! Ask for a military discount.

Clothes are cute but the attitude of a particular employee named Vicky needs to be fixed. She got frustrated with us over a mistake she did. I understand sometimes we can have bad days but damn atleast hide it because girl you're the one who was in the wrong when ringing up my stuff.

When I was in checkout, the manager named Jen refereed to an item for a customer as one for “bigger girls”. In my opinion that’s none of her business and no one should be questioned on their purchase at any store; let alone shopping by yourself at the mall. I hope the manager was just having a bad day but it does not justify being rude to someone who was just trying to buy themselves clothing.

i wish i could give zero stars. after paying for almost 200$ worth of items that weres supposd to take 6 days to get here- they show delivered after almost 3 weeks and never even showed up. Now they tell me they dont refund or resend stolen packages so they STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND OR A PRODUCT. NOW I HAVE THE MONEY SPENT AND THE PRODUCTS NEVER CAME. THEY REFUSED TO HELP RIGHT THIS.

This stores attention to detail exceeded expectations in all regards! The service and attention to detail was superb and thanks to the manager Sonja, I was able to get what I needed. If I need to go back for any other attire, I will be back. 5/5 stars.
