I loved everything about my buying and installation process at this Annapolis Big Screen store. Sales associate Darrell was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to show me a 50% off deal on a TV. I bought it. It's a great TV.In terms of delivery and installation, Robert was amazing. He was quick, professional, and saved me about $250. He taught me how to use everything and didn't leave my house until he was sure I knew how to navigate the TV. I'll definitely go back to this store.

A second excellent experience with The Big Screen Store in Annapolis. We bought two flat screen 8 years ago for our townhouse at the Big Screen Store, and decided we wanted to go bigger and improve quality. Terry was great to work with, helping us choose the best balance of features, size and cost to fit our needs. We decided to go with new wall mounts as well, and have their team do the delivery/installation. Duane arrived on time to handle the install, and was knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the process. Overall an outstanding customer experience for start to finish.
