Store was beyond filthy. Trash cans were overflowing with trash all around them. Lines for both self and person check out were long. Took 20 minutes to check out. One person (stocking groceries) was the only helpful person. When trying to compliment the one person "front end manager" was less than appreciative. Main evening manager was at dinner. Shelves were not stocked. Hopefully Target will clean.

I had bought an item from Target that returned new and unopened. I sent the package via UPS. Target rep made a mistake and did not scan, I lost $450. Nobody at Target is helping me.

I like this Target, their location, availability of parking, and wide selection. What I don't like is the checkout wait. We were there a few days ago and the line was so long, we put our merch back and left the store.

My second issue with target in the last two days.On day one, I put in a return and went to customer service. I waited at customer service for 20 minutes while the one person that was there was on the phone. Rather ironic considering the second issue. She very clearly saw me there and the line that started to build, but did not call for help until the phone conversation was done.On day two, I put in a drive up order and waited over 30 minutes. No one ever brought the order out even though I had put the notification through the app and put in my space number. After 40 minutes, I proceeded towards the doors to the store to discover the items that I paid for in a cart unattended. I tried calling the store as well and no one ever picked up.

This target has a parking garage we got confused going down the elevator and didn't realize we weren't on the ground floor .... The self check out was having issues and no one could over ride my niece putting cash in so they fixed it their easy but I've never seen a target with broken anything. My experience wasn't bad Josh help us check out he was great... upon leaving we notice a large coffee spill something was broken over in the Starbucks area leaking out on to the floor .... The security guy came out to patch things up lol A weird target experience

This store is an absolute train wreck. Aisles are destroyed, limited selection and sizes, long wait lines...enough to cause an anxiety attack

Wow... this Target used to be decent but tonight was absolutely deplorable. Honestly felt unsafe for various reasons including shelves that looked ransacked with items haphazardly thrown everywhere, nauseous chemical odor throughout the store, zero staff on the floor - it felt like customers were practically left to run things themselves. Literally felt like a third world country. Corporate should shut the location down until it's adequately staffed and can operate safely.

I expected more from Target here. Clothes and shoes were all over the place in the aisles. There was one person on checkout when there was a long line for self checkout. They removed all of the price scanners and if you use your phone you only get the internet price of items.

Target really stepped up during Covid and quickly provided a solution! Their curbside service is PRIMO and appreciate all the employees who worked during Covid to bring things to the car! Bravo!

This Target is without a doubt the worst Target I have ever visited. I took my Sister here, since she has cancer and wanted a front closing bra. Many of the bras were on the floor and to get out of that department, we had to run over many bras. This was true of every department we visited. We selected a few things on our shopping list. We will not be back to this Target. There are others. Others that care about the marketing and visual retail look of their store. For Annapolis, this is a disgrace.

I went in to buy a mop and vacuum and was followed thru the store by security. Went to self checkout as the regular lines were long and security told self checkout lady to watch me loudly as I was quote on quote "a theft". The whole experience disgusted me as I worked at target for years prior and actually like the store. They then stared at my screen as I paid and then told other employees as I was leaving " he ain't steal cause I was there". The whole experience seemed as racial profiling because a young black man was buying a mildly expensive vacuum. I'll rather just go to the target by my house then ever stop by this target. The security seems to be racist here.

Very organized, clean, and following covid standards very well. They are cleaning surfaces and carts after uses. Valerie K. was extremely helpful with showing me where to find exactly what I needed with amazing customer service. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming!

During COVID shopping visit. No one posted to screen clients entering. Person without mask permitted to enter and to wander aisles unescorted. Extremely disappointing. Recommend other retailers who are a bit more committed to safety protocols until pandemic is over or using Targets pickup or delivery service.

Inadequate process for queuing, especially with social distancing. Rude staff who were unable to manage lines and gave conflicting instructions to customers regarding check out. Annapolis Target should provide better training to their staff (Darla).

It's a decent Target with grocery, electronics and even a Starbucks. It seems like selections are somewhat limited but I've been able to find everything needed.They practice social distancing and the aisles are well maintained. The electronic section seems kind of lame but if you needed something simple you could probably find it. Customer service has always been exceptional. I'm happy to give them my service!
