A mistake was made from the app when removing a vehicle from our policy, this mistake is costing me almost $200 to the state. Customer service says since we did this on the app they can't help,,,, so now I know Geico app is worthless. Very disappointed with Geico and their service.

I was "helped" by Lisa. She proceeded to misgender and dead name me the entire time and condescendingly told me she "was helping me" when corrected. I advise any queer folk or allies to steer clear until they have addressed the poor professionalism and ethics of the people working there.

I have a few GEICO polices and have recently starting reviving sales calls to establish a policy I already have. I’ve called this agency to address the calls, but they did not pick up their phone. I’ve called GEICO corporate twice who has instructed me to ignore and/or block them. I thought these were scam calls until the calls referred me back to the phone number on their website. Please stop.

I've been trying to get my insurance Street on my 77 Chevy pickup straight so far MVA Steals and they don't have proof 9 mm been fine for having tags with no insurance how far is up to $250 I don't know what's going on with Geico but I guess I have to change insurance companies so I won't be getting fines

Geico has a lot of nerve. they make up their own rules and take advantage of people. Premiums are all different... Mostly they base premium on your credit score rather than your driving record.

If I had to describe my experience in a word , surprising is the only one that fits. For me buying insurance has always been a to do list chore. Get in, get out spending the lowest amount for the legally necessary coverage no more. However, at this location not only was the customer service amazing and the staff knowledgeable but first and foremost they listened. And they truly made me feel understood. The whole experience was a pleasant surprise. And I now can not imagine going anywhere else. Thank you all:)

It is an excellent place in terms of customer service and their rates are very low thanks to the work of their agents. I managed to reduce the cost of my insurance and the change was a good decision.
