Suntrust has now merged with Truist. This local bank provided the services I needed in the past, but the transition to Truist has been problematic. They lost track of my larger account in the transition, so my checking and savings accounts are no longer linked. I have done the online chat with customer service twice this week, and they assure me that my money is still there, but I cannot access it for online transfers. I was promised three days ago that the situation would be rectified but I am still waiting. Update: I called the customer service line today (a week later) and the wait is 30-40 minutes to speak to anyone. Beware of Truist.

This used to be the absolute best SunTrust branch around. Had a wonderful staff, great customer service and convenient hours. Was Very fast and efficient. That was before they merged with BB&T. All of the original staff are now gone, new people are coming in but they are way, way, understaffed. Only one teller handling both walk in and drive-through on a Friday. Finally they just shut down the bank late afternoon rather deal with all the complaints. Corporate customer Service said regional manager would get back to me which they never did. To say I'm unhappy with Suntrust right now is a huge understatement.

Made a special trip to this branch for the second time (yesterday and now today) and they were closed? No sign explaining the change in posted hours. Really frustrating considering all the other surrounding banks were open.

The absolute worst place to do your banking. This is the absolutely worst possible branch in the whole of the United States. SunTrust needs to completely clean house at this branch and replace everyone. All the way down to the tellers.

Otherwise known as the sailboat bank, this branch of Suntrust rates as a favorite for me. Has that local bank feel even though they are a big name on the east coast. Every time I step foot in there employees greet me by my name and are always eager to take care of my transactions or questions. Jessica and Steven are truly two of the best employees I have ever met at this branch. Lobby and drive-thru don't close until 5pm Monday-Friday, which is later then most branches/other banks. This is really convenient when I need to get some cash in to cover online payments or checks. Side note: legally your not suppose to write checks unless you have the money in your account, but that's another conversation for another day. This location also has Saturday hours 9-12pm.
