I am trying redeem my 40%starsbuck promotion today in Annapolis Westfield mall, starsbuck. But The man work today said , they are not accept it . They are not in this promotion. And I leave . I use promotion through my app. I find out this store , it available. The man so bad , I don’t want sue him, hope he can be a normal man . does he trick for me? . If this store have manger ? please training him very well. He work today around 4:00pm man. With a lady . The lady is good

Can you believe I was charged $1.06 for a small cup of plain hot water? Never ever in any Starbucks, I was asked to pay for hot water.. so unbelievable!

Terrible. I placed a mobile order and I arrived and the drink still wasn’t ready. I watched how ever one else after me keep getting their drinks and I wasn’t getting mine. It wasn’t until I told them that they started to make it. It took 20 minutes to make my drink. Unbelievable.

What is it with young kids everywhere who have absolutely ZERO skills and ZERO customer service and ZERO respect? This younger generation is horrible in all aspects of working abilities! This Starbucks inside the Annapolis Mall had 4 - 20ish employees. Horrible service. Horrible Peppermint Mocha. And such a lack pf respect for their customers!!! I don't know why I wasted my time coming back to this Starbucks when I already knew that it's dreadful service here?! STAY AWAY from the Annapolis Mall Starbucks❗️

This "Francise" location is the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. LONG line of people waiting for orders. Orders were then incorrect. People were visibly and vocally upset with the failure of traditional service at a Starbucks. I also witnessed and heard a female and male staff member whining and blaming each other for the orders being served incorrectly and late to customers. Then, the final nail in the coffin of this miserable coffee shop, is when I asked for a simple cup of water. This was the first location that CHARGED ME FOR WATER! 90 Degree weather in August, high humidity, and this is how this "Francise" treats its customers. The server kept saying they are a "Francise ", as if this excuses their reprehensible sales, company policy. STARBUCKS SHOULD STRIP THIS FRANCISE OF THE LICENSE TO USE THIER NAME AND PRODUCTS. AWFUL REPRESENTATION OF A STARBUCKS LOCATION!! I RECOMMEND YOU NOT SUPPORT THIS "FRANCISE "!!!

Ordered a coffee this morning through the app, when I went to check out the app glitched and wouldn’t let me apply a promo code for BOGO drinks. Talked with the manager when I got there and he said sorry there’s nothing I can do next time order in store and I can fix it.Why use the app to order ahead if they can’t help in store?Poor customer service

Every time I come here it’s ALWAYS something. When they first opened I understood getting used to things and taking 45 mins then was understandable, the girl behind be waited 53 minutes! They have enough staff I still have to wait more than 20-30 mins on a slow day, today I waited 45! The staff moves so slowly like they could care less that they have 15 people standing around and super long lines. I’m over it do better. They have their mobile ordering turned off now too so you can’t even order ahead.

If you're thinking about working here please don't the manger and Especially assistant manager are terrible they don't do anything for the store at all and treat the employees terrible and you shouldn't treat people like that who work for you .First of all after I stopped working there they cut my last check short and took away 10 hours that I worked and I don't appreciate that so I will be contacting corporate and my Attorny will be getting involved because I don't work for free.I texted the manger proof Numerous times and all he did was ignore me .VERY UNPROFESSIONALI texted my time cards and he still fails to acknowledge my concerns .Its very unprofessional and this place just needs a whole new staff .The person above him goes by the name Amit I tried to reach out to him as well and he ignored me as well

RIP to this Starbucks. The experience is all over the place. Some days my mobile order is ready in 5-10min, right when I get there and some times I’ve wait 45 MINUTES.20 MINUTES FOR A DANISH once.I’m not sure what has changed since the ownership changed.I’m not I’ll visit any longer it’s just never consistent.
