Each time I am met with someone who is more than happy to spend time answering questions. I recently had an issue with a stick that I had restrung and they went above and beyond to get it fixed very quickly so that my daughter could use it for a game.”
“Stopped by to grab 2 new pair of shoes.Fern and Samantha were awesome.Got home, changed, and went to pick up my 3yr old from daycare. As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. “Today I had the true pleasure meeting Ms. Julianna Barrett who professionally handled my many questions and worked with me to find the right shoe for me in my new situation. Total knee replacement coupled with five plus year old orthotics has me in bottom of my foot pain and looking for answers and relief. I tried on four different shoes before settling on the one that provided me noticeably improved balance and stability in comparison. Only time will tell how this works out but having the conversation with Julianna and discussing the variables made this an easy purchase decision. Ask for Julianna when you stop in and know that you are dealing with an expert regarding their entire line”
“I was told that since I made my purchase online with PayPal, I could only get store credit and not a full refund. I told them I was going to touch base with under armor corporate, I got my full refund. Staff at this place is great, but I do challenge under armour’s integrity if the employees are being instructed to tell people that.”
“I went into Athleta to return something I bought online and this store staff wowed me. I decided to try on a sweatshirt while others were checking out in front of me and Shaye immediately stepped in to advise me on the right size and proceeded to give my toddler a sticker. She was so happy! Then, another sweet associate rang me up and on our way out, Shaye gave my daughter a special bag and even helped her put it on her shoulders. It was a wonderful experience..and of course great quality.”
“I grew up going to malls...I live in pg county so we have plaza's and outside stores which are great but it's refreshing to go to a actual mall...plazas and mall are different. I think mall are bigger better. You have everything you need”
“A bit claustrophobic, but the changing rooms are a nice size. I love Lululemon, I hate that they rarely stock bigger sizes in the store. As a result, you are limited in what you can buy in size 12. Also, the de facto answer if they don't have something in your size is "You can look online". Athleta will find what you are looking for while you are in the shop and offer to ship free to your home, or the store for pickup. Why Lululemon can't do this beats me. Still great quality, and lasts, so I return faithfully.”

“Soccerpost is great! The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The selection of cleats is large. They have a variety of other clothing items, gloalie gloves, shin guards, balls, and coaching tools. Prices are the same as online or other retail stores, and they do offer discounts to some clubs and have a membership program to get further discounts. I appreciate having multiple options for my boys to try across various brands, to determine which shoes work best. I highly recommend!”
