First time at Sportclips Haircuts!
And I had a really nice experience! The stylist Niisha made a really good job.
I like the concept from the store with big TV screens which showing sport and haircuts. If they would offer cold beers in this stores I would go to the barber every two days. ?
It is a shame that we don‘t have that in germany!

They are using trim heads like you would get with a home haircut kit. Could not explain to her short on the sides leave a little on the top.

Inconsistent quality of cuts and regularly understaffed.
Today we took our son to have his longer hair trimmed and shaped. We asked the stylist to jeep his hair long, to keep the “flow” and just to trim his hair to stay out of his eyes and clean up the back around his neck. He came out with a short texturized cut on top and long sideburns. Generally, not a bad cut but also not at all what we discussed. Disappointed in the ability to deliver what was requested.

I came in to get my beard removed and my hair cut. It turns out I also got treatment for my scalp, an extended shampoo and a hot towel on my face. My stylist Amanda was personable and talented in giving me to full treatment of my concerns. I would highly recommend her or your visit to Sport Clips.

I went in today to see if I can get a haircut. Hence, I walked out not getting a haircut from Sports Clip. Before, I have paid for a regular haircut and the stylist was rude to me cutting me off and had an attitude. Of all the times I have been there, they have lost a customer. She was sarcastic and not pleasant at all. The lady gave me a lecture saying my hair will take 20-25 minutes to cut and a man’s haircut will take 5-10 minutes. She then said it was more money to spend for a custom haircut, which I was not even told about before. She said I may not give her a tip. She was totally disrespectful and really rude to me, I felt. Will definitely go somewhere else for now on. The lady had red curly hair. I learned a lesson that a lady disrespects a customer as she did today does not have quality customer service.

My 3 year old grandson held a lot of fear about getting a haircut. The last time he went to a stylist/barber was July 2023 and he since refused to revisit any thoughts about cutting his hair. Until today. Stylist Amanda greeted him and immediately addressed his concerns in a compassionate and caring way. Within 10 minutes he was bounding to the booster seat in her chair. She is an extraordinary stylist, teacher, and psychologist. THANK YOU!

Since when is a high and tight with using a super shaver two separate hair cuts, I’ve been to many Sports Clips and never had an issue. I was charge $45 for a very poor cut, when I got home and inspected the cut in mirror the stylist missed sides of my neck, sides by each ear and the cut for using a super shaver is very uneven. I guess I’ll be going to another shop to correct what I couldn’t.

Came in for a haircut and as soon as we walked in they just told us they didn’t have time for us. First time here & our last time here. Gladly take our money and weekly haircuts elsewhere.

Asked for an inch off everywhere as a routine trim. Instead, got nothing off the top and up to 3 inches off the bottom back/sides. Have to get ANOTHER haircut now to fix it since my once curly hair has now become completely straight due to layering issues and looks like a medieval helmet. To add insult to injury it was $28 pre-tip for an atrocious job that took less than 20 minutes.

Bad haircut. We explicitly told the stylist that our 9yo son wanted his hair pretty long — only use scissors. We looked away for a minute, and she’d used the buzzer to cut off a whole lot of his hair. We will never go back!

Just went with my partner to get his hair cut for a big event tonight and Andrea did amazing (and I’m a tough critic)! I’ve been cutting his hair for a few months and she gave me some tips, was so patient with us and gave a great cut. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Will be coming back for Andrea again!

My husband came home extremely upset. I'm livid. He asked for a cut and explained his side part and requested above the ears and collar. The stylist then proceeded to give him a buzz cut. He's never had a buzz cut. It was to the scalp. It looks terrible. He's so embarrassed. You really messed him up.
