Absolutely outstanding service from Jonathan at Sleep Number! He recently came out to set up our new Sleep Number bed, and we couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to explain all the features of our new bed and ensured everything was perfectly set up. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. We're now enjoying the best sleep ever thanks to Jonathan's excellent service. Highly recommend! Five stars all the way!

The first time we visited this store, we purchased a mattress and the sales person was very nice and helpful. We came back this time for some pillows. I told the same sales person my husband was not thrilled with our sleep number bed and he just was not very interested. Asked what bed we purchased but was not very helpful on explaining our options. Guess he only wanted to make the sale. Maybe having a bad day. Not sure.

Make sure to dress in your most formal attire to walk into this location, my fiance and I went in to get some info and were greeted with hesitancy. We were told “they are very expensive so MAYBE you would qualify for financing” immediately after I was asked about budget saying I don’t have one I’m just looking for quality. This salesperson continued reiterating how expensive they are and appeared annoyed we were even there wasting her time. The attitude alone confirmed my choice I won’t be doing business with them.

Lisa A. The Sleep Professional, was very patient and professional. She did her due diligence in showing me everything that was available in headboards and bases (I already own a Sleep Number Bed and just decided to add the headboard and base). She explained all of my options and listened intently to my questions. My experience on 16Oct 2023 wasExcellent. Thanks again Lisa.

We have not received our bed as of yet....it will be delivered in 2 weeks. These comments are directed to the customer service we received at the Annapolis Mall Sleep Number location. Joanne was the best. She did not rush us, she was informative, she was patient, and she answered ALL of our questions. Customer Service is a skill set in the field of retail, and Joanne was a 5 star professional all the way. Thank you for your honesty and patience. 100% of her attention was focused on us and that's what customer service is about.

Our lovely i10 bed had an air chamber go flat after 18 nights. Called customer service on a Friday and they could not get someone out until the following week to look at it. With their help over the phone, we determined an air chamber was bad. Still could not get a technician here to fix it. I offered to pick one up at the store but they do not stock them. There was no way to get a replacement until the following week. Then she said a technician had to replace it as it is not a simple job. So, just having spent $5400 on a mattress, I told them to pick it up. I think they were shocked that I did not want it fixed. We were not in love with the mattress anyway and after it popped, we were willing to fix it, just not wait a week. What were we supposed to sleep on? My wife weighs 115 pounds and her side popped so I don't think it was a weight issue. So they did say they would pick it up the following Monday but I would only get $4700 back. I asked why. $250 fee for returning it. I was aware of that fee if you did not like it. This one was defective though. Then there was another fee for coming back and picking it up and then another fee to ship it back. I argued the point a little that I was paying $700 for 2-1/2 weeks of sleep that was not even amazing and she said that was the best they could do. Whatever, pick it up. Lesson learned, no more Sleep Number anything for me. It costs a lot of money once you find out it is not as amazing as they say it is.

*As we have not tried the mattress yet, this is simply a review of the store experience*This week during the incredible President's Day sale, my fiancé and I just purchased a Sleep Number 360 iLE, King Sized Mattress package. What made this experience special and so enjoyable was Michael. Michael was an incredible personality to deal with. As a salesman myself, I appreciated the lack of aggressiveness that I had so unfortunately dealt with at other mattress dealers. He was kind, friendly, personable, and most importantly of all - KNOWLEDGEABLE. I had done a lot of research prior to coming into the store to look at the mattress in person, and he could tell that, so I know he was not a Bullsh*tter when he told me more about the bed than I had found online. He made the transaction smooth and exciting. He offered us cold water which was an additional nice touch. He also LISTENED, which was key to us as well. Too often salesman just pitch, but Michael took the time to listen, think, and respond concisely and clearly and satisfy all questions. He was patient and took a lot of time with us. While the store had nice lighting, an impressive display, was clean, and smelled fresh... all of that paled in comparison to Michael and his expertise, which is why our experience was stellar. We are so excited to get this new mattress and feel secure knowing that Michael will check in on us as we get used to the switch.

Cait at the Annapolis store was fabulous. We felt NO pressure to purchase the mattress. We had been a prior customer of Sleep Number, but I needed the bed where the top elevated. She was knowledgeable , professional and really cared about what would work best for my needs. I highly recommend this store, Cait made it a great experience. You will not be disappointed.
