“Would have been 5 star, but ran into a HUGE issue! I needed a job done ASAP - 5 tri-folded, full color brochures. I did the entire process online using the Staples website. The process of uploading my brochure design, viewing the proofs - it was relatively easy. The hardest part was re-designing my old brochures to meet Staples' specs. As advertised, orders placed before 2 were ready the same day. The brochures looked great - once I finally got them! The issue is with the website. There was a new option to have a courier deliver the job, and I could even choose the time frame, for 'only' $14.99. I thought that was a bargain! What the website doesn't mention is that the courier is not part of Staples' service. The courier is a third party. Staples has no control over who the courier is, when they pick up the order, or even their contact info. My brochures were supposed to be delivered by 4 pm on Tuesday (9/26) - nope! I didn't know that the courier was a third party until I called the store on Wednesday asking about my order. THEY asked ME what courier I used? When I explained that I didn't know - I thought it was their courier - well, it caused a lot of confusion. After going back and forth, I was advised that if I really need my brochures right away, my best option would be to come in and pick up the package myself as they couldn't tell me who was coming, when they were coming, or even IF they were coming. I was out of time and needed the brochures THAT SECOND and went in to Staples - only to find that I JUST missed the courier who had finally picked up the order. By the time I got home, it had been delivered to my door. I still don't know what courier was used! Anyway, do the old-fashioned. If you need your print job the same day, go pick it up yourself. Otherwise, just have it shipped. I'm too flustered to remember the names of the two gentlemen who helped me on 9/27. But they were pleasant and understanding of my frustration. My brochures looked good and, even as I'm sitting here typing out this review, waiting on a shipping company to deliver these brochures cross country. Would I use Staples printing services again? Yes.”

“Service was excellent (the women behind the counter was kind and knowledgeable). They were able to take care of my packages even after my local Post Office closed earlier in the day. Very convenient.”

“Since I posted the following terrible review, things have really changed! I’m delighted with the service i received from Eugene, who copied my 4 page document, correlated it and stapled each handout! He was as much a gentleman as possible and even offered me a smile. Shows me that sometimes, another chance is warranted! Now I’ll return, just for him.If no stars were possible, that is what they’d get! I had a horrible time getting a document printed, called ahead, yes, they could print it. But when I arrived, she looked at me and said, ‘email it to me’. Standing there, I said, by waving my hand or my magic wand? No, finally she threw me her card with email printed. I went to all the trouble of composing an email but could not send. What is your WiFi? We don’t have WiFi. Gees, girl, how do I email to you? In the mean time a UPS guy comes through with a hand truck. My bag is on the floor in his way. Instead of asking me to move it, he kicks it with his foot! Upon leaving the store, I thought he was trying to run me over! Never again will I ever use UPS!”

There is ample staff to meet customer needs and never a wait in long lines. Try this UPS if convenient. you will be very pleased if you do.”

“I always try to go here when shipping packages. Fast in and out and the service is ALWAYS courteous. They have at least two clerks so no wait when I have gone. Been there before Christmas and I still got out in less than 10 minutes.”
