“Lately, the customer service has been excellent. I believe the store is now under new management, mostly comprised of young, efficient individuals who know what they're doing. Previously, there were different, older staff members who were slow, resulting in long lines of waiting customers. Despite this location being convenient for me on my way home, I often had to drop off packages without receiving a receipt due to the long lines. However, recently, upon entering the store, I am greeted by one of the staff, and despite there being customers, the lines move very quickly. This allows me to always get my drop-off receipt now. Shiv and Preet are two employees who usually assist me when I'm there, but in general, all the employees are very helpful. They promptly attend to customers and are both friendly and professional at the same time.”

Upon reaching her house, she informed me that she did not want to have the package mailed. I returned to the store and Amy was so helpful. She returned the package to me and credited my card. I really appreciate the kindness and expertise from Amy!”
