Incredibly friendly warm service every single time I've come in for service or to buy a vehicle. I cannot thank them enough for also providing a military discount off of the services provided as well as the opportunity to have a loaner vehicle. Highly recommend Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis!

We have used this location for service on our JX35 for the past 3 years. We have never had any problems with scheduling or the vehicle after we leave the site. Service appointments seem to run a little longer then they estimate, but the lounge is comfortable and with free coffee, soda, and cookies. Everyone with whom we have dealt have been extremely courteous and informative throughout the process.

This Lexus dealership employs good people, Shae Cronin in service and Justin in parts cant be any better. These guys are squared away and personable and want to help you out. Kudos to Lexus of Annapolis management for empowering such quality of staff to help customers. I don't think you can go wrong here.
