It cannot get any better! Great customer service is key!Great Service from scheduling my appointment, pulling into the garage, and getting checked in. There was no long wait time! Everything was zip, zip, zip!Everyone (Infiniti Staff) has great attitudes! I love it!

Phil does a great job with getting my service needs completed. I just started getting my car serviced at dealership. Nationwide Infiniti is about 15-20 from me, but i would never take my new car to their dealership. They provide poor service and I've had bad experiences with issues related to my car in the past. I live 40-45 minutes away from Sheehy, but it's worth the trip. Phil should be considered for a service manager position, if not already. I would like for him to receive a copy of this review so he knows about the great job he has done so far.

I had a very good experience. Phil was patient and very professional. No pressure at all and he listened.. Probably one of the best and least painless car shopping experiences I've ever had. Thanks again for everything!

Sales Associate (Rachel) that worked with me was affable and knowledgeable. Service fixed the problem and washed my car free of charge. They completed the job in less time than they originally estimated. Rachel made sure everything was to my satisfaction and saw me off. Very pleased with the experience.

Nick met with me past his regular hours -- and was patient to the end. Very nice guy, not pushy, really worked with me. They gave me the stated price without issue. The finance guy Garvey was also very good -- knows his stuff, was efficient and professional. Explained everything. Beautiful car -- I would highly recommend doing business with them.

Tracy is the best Customer Service technician I’ve ever dealt with. It’s always a pleasure and (believe it or not) I end up looking forward to my service appointments at Sheehy INFINITY of Annapolis. I truly value the peace of mind I feel in knowing my vehicle is in good and honest hands.

Very, very courteous.Love the added touches like a car wash, vacuum, and free sodas. They really keep you informed about their progress with the car. We didn’t have to just sit there wondering what was going on. Exceptionally clean place.

Best team to work with. I was Never attacked by salesman when I came in to look. When I had questions, they answered them. I was Never pressured by the staff. They listened to my situation and worked With me. Great experience throughout the process. AND, when a came to terms for the sale, they were extremely efficient getting the paperwork ready to go. Never felt pressured, everyone was there to help. Great experience.

I had a rough start my first oil change here. But today was a complete 360 from what I experienced my first time. I am completely satisfied with my services. My appointment went well and the job was completed in a timely manner. My service coordinator, Paul Abel was great and I completely recommend services here without a doubt!Thanks for everything and all your hard work!

Exceptional customer service from Matt in service and Corey in sales. Communication flowed every step of the way when I needed a service for a vehicle I had just purchased. No haggling or hassles to address a non-warranty repair; just reasonable solutions and a courteous attitude. Matt even went the extra mile to arrange to have my vehicle dropped off to me, which was appreciated.The best customer service is the kind you don’t have to ask for. That’s how you retain customers. Most amazing car buying experience, hands down. I had recently totaled my car and was extremely stressed out. I connected with Geoffrey Robertson and I am so thankful I did. He was so understanding of my situation and made the process extremely smooth and stress free. He had everything ready prior to my arrival and had me in and out. It was like buying a car from a friend. I highly recommend working with Geoffrey and I will refer him to everyone I know.

Great service as always. Mr. Lark goes out of his way to make sure you know what's going on with your vehicle and how to proceed with any repairs, if needed. He has been my service consultant for more than 6 years now and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Very satisfied!
