For the most part, this was an enjoyable experience all things considered. However, the biggest problem was that my liaison told the tech to move forward with over $300 worth of work without asking me. If you're going to do that, then you should have proof of the "bad" parts to show the customer when you decide to drop that bomb on them. I do not feel like I should have had to pay that $300 when the work was done without my approval and the service on my truck was already completed.

*Warning* don’t buy car’s from this place. they sell broken car’s. Had the worst experience of my life. They sold me a car for 50k and transmission blew 2 months later. They did nothing to help me. My car has been in shop for 3 weeks now. Stay far away from this place.

I opted for drop off service, and my vehicle was still finished ahead of schedule. Phil ensured that all routine maintenance was accomplished in accordance to my mileage. It was even better that all service was free, to include new air filters. Always impressed with the service and friendly staff at Infinity! I can drive my three kiddos around with peace, knowing that the vehicle is well maintained.
