Worst experience - never use. Lacks integrity and does substandard work. Zip ties are how he eliminates costs and reduces value to your vehicle. Returns with hope

I had a good experience. They were awesome with communication! I had a complicated build, and they handled it well. I definitely recommend them if you have Allstate. The build did take longer than expected, which wasn't anyone's fault.

I had a minor bumper repair and called to get an estimate. When I arrived the next morning, they took a look and called the Technician who fixed it in minutes. He popped the bumper back in place and added a few clips to tighten it. To top it off, I was not charged and I would have gladly paid for the service. I will definitely return to Severn Auto Body for any future repairs. Everyone I spoke to there was kind and helpful. We were very impressed with the service!

I brought my car in here for an insurance claim and I waited a long time before actually writing this review because I was so upset. They put a used headlight in place of my broken one and it fogged up within a month of the repair. They used the wrong trim for my my hood that eventually just broke off. The deer clearly banged up the front of my radiator, they didn’t touch it. I had AC issues after the collision that I told them about - when I picked the car up and inspected it I saw the electrical power to the AC was just dangling. They didn’t even try to fix that. I closed a door and noticed there was something inside of it, they had left a loose screw between the panel and body. Do not take your car here for an insurance claim.

The vehicle was ready ahead of the time. Jennifer was very helpful, she kept me posted on every little work done on the vehicle. Their work is very professional and my vehicle looks new as it was before. I highly recommend Severn auto body to everyone.Services: Body & Trim

A Geico policy holder hit my vehicle, and to have the repairs made I was directed to Severn Auto Body. After taking a day off to have my vehicle assessed for damages, Severn Auto Body wanted me to sign a Mechanics Lein. I informed them that this is not my policy and I would not sign a mechanics lien. They tried skirting the issue to make me sign stating that "It's just a Formality". I explained that if I signed a legal document that I could be responsible if Geico fails to pay or delays payment. The General Manager "Will" end up coming out in a very aggressive tone stating "If I didn't like it then I could leave". So, I left. I called Geico and they said that is NOT how they should be conducting business in their name. This manager and his employees have zero reason to be polite since they turn over business for insurance companies, so they treat you like trash. Stay clear of Will & his team at Severn Auto Body.

let me start out saying if this review allow me to give star just to submit I would not even given it.experience at this location my wife 2022 Tesla 3 was here for 4 weeks for a front bumper and fender repair. the job was self pay they got there money in advance before we actually went to pick car for deliver. Poor service in communication with the writer of estimate Garrett we didn't get total estimate until the week of delivery. all my years going to body shop I've never heard of that give customer or insurance company estimate the week of delivery had my car for 4 weeks and could have gave me a full estimate in a week to decide if we want them to do the job but final bill was the week of then they ordered a right headlight that need to be replace when I go to pick up car it's raining outside I go to drive away and that same headlight new is not on Garrett our writer says everything was working when I checked comes back with the car saying it needs to update for the light to work now I know Tesla a pretty hi tech car but please anyway there so much more to comment on this place. point blank I will never recommend this place to any of my friends and never will I bring my car here again poor customer service

Sent my car in for body work. They damaged the rear interior overhead light. Which then needed to be then replaced. It is the policy of Severn Auto Body that you, the consumer, are not only responsible for the requested repairs but that any damage Severn Auto Body causes is your responsibility as well.
