“The level of customer service at this location by far exceeds expectations. I messed up the logistics of my Ubox delivery and over the weekend was trying to figure it out with Ashley who was absolutely lovely and did all she could but said I'd need to speak to someone Monday morning who was authorized to make the kinds of changes I needed. I called early this morning and spoke to Ray who went out of his way to help. He got creative and made multiple phone calls to arrange things so that my timeline with the delivery and the moving help would work out.
