I've been trying to order cup cakes from this sams club since Wednesday. I called the store and was told I can't order them over the phone. I live 45 minutes from this sams club and I am a frequent shopper here. i need these by Saturday. I was told I have to use the app or come into the store to order. I spoke to the store manager. She took down my name and number and she would take my order when she went down to the bakery. I never received a call. Very frustrating and inconvenient. I'm not sure why I need to come to the store to place the order. Wouldn't it take just as much time to take my order over the phone verses me showing up in person? It made me give one star, other wise it would be a zero. I've tried to call the store 6 times today and NO ONE answered the phone.

Great Sam's Club. I had fun walking the entire store starting from electronics, then house cleaning supplies, down to clothing, books, toys, candies, frozen foods, picked up the best ROTI chicken and a nice big package of plump blackberries! The customer service desk was very helpful. There were only two "live" cashiers, promoting self checkout instead. The downside was random people trying to hard sell you in the aisles. I just ignored them and walked past. Sheesh they're persistent and just annoying! Please, get rid of these sales people. It truly distracted from my immense joy of shopping. Minus one star for the talking heads that harass women who are clearly on a peaceful retail mission.

Came here today to get new tires. And took the kids and parents for some sams food while we waited. We each got a meal and a drink and an ice cream for under $22. Total!!! Unbelievable. Tasted great which was also unbelievable.

If you go to the store physically SamsClub is fine. Delivery stinks. When I checked on the order they said I had refused order then it was not home. I think this store doesn't regulate its deliveries.

So this is an update specifically related to online order and pick up. Be prepared for a long wait over the holidays. I order a few items (under 10) for a 3-4 pick up window. I was there at 3:50 figuring I'd get the email or txt and be there already. Well, i called from the spot to check in only to learn the order had not been put together. Long story short they were overwhelmed on a Wednesday, late afternoon early eve.time. I'm patient to a fault, went inside got other items I forgot, (because I couldn't get anyone on the phone, after I checked outline, to adjust; so I just went in, but in hindsight I could've pulled the entire order, as the store wasn't that busy. Well, I came back to my car still not ready, so I went back in, yet again & waved down three sales people; and finally; got someone to pull my order* I typically don't use this service but as I am recovering from an injury I thought to give it a try. Just be aware this may not be the move if you have a few things vs people who have palette full of orders. Stephanie* was helpful in pulling the order so I could be on my way; and Kenny always helpful at the pump -so there's that! Edward... not so much.

Second piece of plastic found in these macarons. The first time we brushed it off because mistakes happen but this is ridiculous & completely unsafe. Beware of buying the macarons. I'm not sure if there's more of it might've just been this batch.

Just had a conversation with Mr. Mack at the Tire and Battery Counter. I asked if I could have my battery tested fro free he stated "Did you buy it from Sam's". I replied no. He stated "we do not test batteries not sold from Sam's. I then walked away confused since I had batteries tested their at no charge not purchased from Sam's. I then looked up the web site which clearly stated the battery Does Not have to be purchased from Sam's. I then went back and discussed this information with Mr. Mack who then asked me "What type of battery do you have" I stated Automotive. He then stated our battery tester does not work. And he then dismissed me with no further information as he looked to help the next customer in line. I get it! Since the Pandemic has hit us hard nobody wants to work we are left with the unskilled dregs of Society to backfill the positions of once competent employees. But Customer Service is the face of the Company and if you aren't doing that right business will suffer losses. Tried sticking around to talk to the Manger but that was taking too long I am sure they were dealing with some other Customers complaints. No worries Advance Auto is right around the corner no questions asked!

There was human poop on the floor on one of the aisle's by the shoes on a busy Sunday. How could the employees not see this?? I witnessed two women walk right over the poop. I told an employee and they responded quickly however I ask again: Don't you have security working monitoring the store? Don't you have a security team that watches the cameras? How can you not notice someone pooping in the middle of the floor at Sam's club on a busy Sunday. I don't know about you but I'm switching to Costco.

What has happened to Sam's pizza crust and their pretzels??? I shop here often (Annapolis store) and have always loved these two items on their cafe menu. They have stopped having the pretzels altogether, and their original tasty hand-formed pizza crust has been replaced by something doughy, tasteless, and commercial, like the pre-shaped ones (with the little holes punched in them) you see in the refrigerator cases at some stores. A real disappointment - I only hope this is some sort of supply-chain issue that will get fixed eventually! Meanwhile, I'll get my pretzels at the Amish Market and my pizza virtually anyplace else :(

Waited in line for 30 minutes to get gas and then when I get to the gas tank my my tank is on the other side so I try to flip around and the dude started yelling at me telling me that I can't do that I just wait in line for 30 minutes and then he forced me to leave this place is ridiculous don't even save your $.15 here it's not worth your time it's also crap gas it destroys your vehicle. I will never come back to Sam's Club again and I'm turning in my membership I pay a lot of money for my membership and they make me leave because I wait 30 minutes in line for gas.
