The 6th floor rocks with Dr. Snow for eyes, McNelly Optical for glasses and Primary Care Dr. Williams! They are all very caring, friendly and professional!

It was a terrible experience. Tried to tell them what help i needed; I might as well have talked to a brick wall. They did not care. I walked out trembling and feeling utterly humiliated.

We had to take our daughter to the pediatric ER late at night. The staff was doing everything they could as it was so crowded. Most chairs were full and no beds available. All of them were helpful and kind to us. Always asking if we needed anything, offering what they could. Grateful for them all.
