Done with this joke of a pharmacy. The workers here honestly go out of their way to be as unfriendly and unhelpful. Their system for getting electronic prescriptions does not work, has not worked for a while, and they expect you to figure it out on your own.

To the black lady taking care of self check-out tonight Monday Jan 29 around 8pm I just gotta say something, I hope you find peace in your life. I was treated poorly by this woman. I was at the self checkout and needed help, she was the only one there. She didn’t even acknowledge, not customer service friendly. I’m sure she has been working there for many years because that face only shows how much she hates her job.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Prescription is filled regularly and on time. They send you regular reminders to pick up the medicine. Quick and efficient service.

I feel like I'm burdening the staff every time I'm in here. Prescriptions can go unfilled for days until you call in questioning it and even then it can be a day or two wait where you're unsure if they even put it through. Some of the staff are impersonal to a grating degree, phone lines go unanswered, wait times are ridiculous (5-10 minutes for a single person to get their script). I've since decided I'd rather drive a few minutes further away than visit here anymore.I also stood in line behind a customer being accosted by one of the pharmacists for a prescription she was trying to get filled. I thought the behavior was incredibly inappropriate from the pharmacist and it led to a confrontation between the two. The customer began to loudly list her medical reasons for the medicine trying to justify it to the pharmacist. Sad all around that they put her in that situation.I don't envy their job and don't take any of it personally, but I would avoid this place if possible, and it is possible.

Yesterday's staff was amazing and the Pharmacist who was on duty yesterday is extremely efficient and kind. Carlotta is always willing to go the extra mile.There is a short, male Pharmacist who seems to do as little as he can and always with an attitude.

Had a very good experience. The pharmacist was very helpful in getting me a great price on my prescription. Line moves quickly. Had no problems.

I use this Safeway a lot and I found staff to be very helpful. They help me locate what I want and go so far as to lead me to the right area. The produce man will help me reach for things. They check prices if needed.I have not found one department that was lacking. I am somewhat older but not ancient and use one of their motorized carts because of my knees. I have had staff run to get me a new cart if mine runs out of power and help me switch my things to the new cart. They also never fail to ask if I need help taking things to my car at the check out.

Incredibly slow, which I would understand, but they let people stand at the counter for ages without even acknowledging anyone or glancing at the line with people who are sick and in pain waiting for some relief. This review is based on multiple encounters with this pharmacy and in comparison to other pharmacies that I have used in the past that were much busier yet still had a friendly, responsive staff who would greet you and let you know they would be with you eventually and you matter on some level to them.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Staff is unwilling to help. Medication frequently is out of stock or has to be ordered. They refuse to give a temporary prescription until your order comes in (ie 2-50 mg capsules to replace the 100 mg capsule they don't have) regardless of your circumstances. I absolutely hate that my insurance makes me use this pharmacy! I never once has these issues when I was able to use CVS.

Stop price gouging. Buy one get one free is just a scam! They have been doing this kind of thing for some time now. Don't be fooled...they are banking on you not paying attention...while ripping you off and leave you thinking YOU are getting a great deal. Here's an example: Let's say they decide to have a buy one get one free sale on some selected items. I will use cereal as an example. Pathetic. Website specifically says New Year's Day hours at pharmacy are open until 8pm. Not open AT ALL. All day. And then when we get there next day they don't have script filled although we get a text saying ready. Go elsewhere.
