Very rude guy in the front and overpriced! This man does not value customers very rude.
Better options in Annapolis with Master tailors and better energy:
1. Fresh Cleaners on west street <---- Cleaning + Master tailor

My husband goes through a shirt a day, so we are regular customers. We enjoy the convenience of having a good cleaner near home. We've always been happy with his shirts, including when some of the older ones needed extra effort around the collar and they were able to make them look new again.Service: Ironing

I've used them before so I decided to use their services again to clean my North Face Gotham Down Jacket. This time they completely ruined the fur lining of the hood of my jacket; its dry, clumpy, and parts of it seemed to have been ripped out. I had to haggle with them for a PARTIAL REFUND. Do not come here, they will destroy your clothing.

My fiancé and I tried this dry cleaners out for the first time thanks to all the great reviews. We were very disappointed. They GAVE AWAY his pants to someone else!! The pants we bought for engagement pictures that we were picking up on our way out of town. We will never recommend or use them again.

WOW! I highly recommend this cleaner. I dropped off expensive St.John 2pc suite to get cleaned. Once I picked it up, I noticed all my buttons were covered and all the spots I had were gone. For my years, I think I found the one of the best cleaners in Annapolis!

Riva Cleaners are much more expensive and slower compared to other locations. They charge people at $6.50 a piece, whereas other places such as Zips are only $2 and have same day servicr. Go to Zips

We have been customers for years. I can always count on Riva Cleaners to do a fabulous job with our drycleaning. Recently, we needed a "911" alteration job and Won was absolutely amazing. He spent so much time with my daughter and me. He was ready and willing to do anything to make her prom dress absolutely perfect...at the 11th hour!!!!!! I can always count on Won! Thank you, Won! :)

I have been coming here for the past 5 plus years and have always been so happy with their work. They use organic cleaners which I really like. BUT until recently I didn't know how truly fabulous these guys are. I had put a sticker on a suede shirt (which I didn't know you should NEVER do) and I thought my shirt would never be the same. They were able to fix it!!!! Also, a few weeks later I got blood on another suede item and they were also able to fix that too!!!! I thought there would be no hope but they did it! They have also been able to make some of my husband's dingy white shirts look like new. I highly recommend them. They are very professional, seem to really take their time in helping you and are genuinely concerned with doing a great job! Oh, I forgot to mention they do a great job with alternations too.
