Small but quaint paint store. They have a huge selection and good quality paint so I stopped in. However, they must cater to contractors more than anything. I'm not a contractor and I was ignored. Don't get me wrong, I don't care to be bombarded by staff asking if I need help, but a quick HELLO when one comes into the store or "Are you finding everything okay?" might be helpful if one has been walking about for a while. Other than that, the selection is great, good location.

Very good service! I really like Benjamin Moore paints. I consider B/M paints superior to Sherwin Williams and other brands.They really helped to decide the interior colors for my house.

Amazing as always!! Sam went out of his way to help me match a paint color today. Was wonderful over the phone and in person; very nice and helpful:) Easy process even with COVID-19 restrictions. I highly recommend them!

I've used Benjamin Moore paints for years and find they cover well and hold up well. My recent trip to the Benjamin Moore store was to talk to a color consultant. I brought a square of the floor tile and a door from the bathroom cabinet and she listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and ultimately I was able to choose what I thought looked best.

I went in there to have some paint samples mixed. Eventually, I found the colors and the guy working said he would mix them for me walking off. Suddenly, he was helping someone who had come in after me but who was obviously a contractor giving him advice on spray paint and then went off to pack his order up for him, leaving me standing there. Eventually, I just walked out and won't be back. Like that contractor I also haven't got all day..

Ive been buying my paint at Regal for over ten years. I love Benjamin Moore paint, it's expensive but well worth it. I bought a quart of paint at the Regal off Jennifer Rd., in Annapolis last week. After purchasing I placed in a bag with some new towels i had just purchased at Home Goods and went home. When 8 got home I place the bag on kitchen counter and when I went to remove paint can from bag, I noticed the top of the paint can had come off and there was paint everywhere. My towels were soaked in grey paint and the can was 2/3rds empty. After hours of cleaning the mess up, I took the can back to Regal and explained what happened. I believed that the top had not been properly secured to can and that I would like another for no charge. The employee working told me they don take returns. I told him I wasnt returning, there was nothing to return. Again, he said they dont take returns...he would give me another quart, but I had to pay. I was not pleased and told him this is not a good business practice. I have spent a lot at of money at Regal through the years and after this, I will never go back. So disappointed!!

I have been to the new store twice to prepare for a big painting project. The staff has been very helpful with color choice and product. I appreciate having knowledgeable employees who listen to your questions, give input, but are not pushy.

Hours suck. Very little in the way of weekend open hours. They have old school bankers hours. They'd probably do a lot more business if they opened on the weekend for more that a half a day. I knit is use them more, but instead I have to go to Home Depot for my weekend painting projects.

We painted the exterior of our house and had an amazing experience with the staff. They were very helpful and informative with paint selections. Highly recommend.
