I don’t know if I’ve ever written a review about Redd’s before, but if I have, it was several years ago. This place rocks! Everyone is super friendly, very reasonable prices, and they always let us know if we don’t need to do things. We’ve been coming for 5 years now and 100 percent trust Redd’s!

BEWARE!!!! A while ago Michael Ostrowski sold me one of their cars. He brought up that the clutch, timing chain, and water pump was changed. A while later I listed it on for sale and someone bought a carfax for it and informed me that the engine was replaced. Mike did not inform me at all about that, so watch out because they may try to hurt you to better themselves. I’m very disappointed to say the least.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Don't go to this shop I can already tell they are crocked. I just called to see how much it would cost to check to see whether the engine and transmission is performing at optimal temperature, couldn't get a straight answer just a hole bunch of run around lol 135 for diagnostic but if it is more of a complex issue that requires more time then it will go up from there. I told him my concern, about having an external transition cooler installed to reroute the hose to fix a transmission leak coming from the transmission cooler during winter. Since I have a one unit transmission cooler and ac condenser I went the cheaper route. The work was done during the winter, now that it is getting hotter outside I need to know whether the transmission is performing at optimal temperature. Lol you know what he said, he said that if it was overheating then there would be a code, the transmission temperature sensor would output a code lol. I have a 2011 jeep liberty. Yeah if you know anything about cars don't come here. My car has not gotten to that point yet, lol I am trying to prevent that from happening hence why I want to know whether it is performing at optimal temperature. Wow. I dodged a bullet.

It was my first time at Redds and they were so wonderful and friendly! I had to drop by quickly before work because I stupidly ran over a plastic bag on the freeway and became paranoid that it was caught somewhere in my exhaust. Since it was early in the morning they assessed the issue quickly and had me on my way. I live in Baltimore and work in Annapolis, but glad to have found a kind mechanic near work. Will definitely be returning for other services in the future!Service: Check engine light diagnostic
