We are retired and would be downsizing some but also building a new home. We were concerned about how the sale may be promoted and all the details of listing. Cheryl was very direct with specifics, timelines and tactics to list and promote. Per her advice, we prepared the home for photos and video clips and drone shots. The listing was extremely impressive and had over 80 photos. We began with open house showings and the process began. Once we did have a contract with pre approved buyers, there were some hiccups with the buyer's agent.
