I get blood drawn regularly and these folks are excellent and I’m a wimp with needles so that’s saying something

Jay and her friend were very rude and unhelpful. Even after we waited over an hour for a simple blood draw. Hope they find better staffers soon.

I had to bring my son for a glucose test.
1) the staff was rude and couldn’t be bothered to refrigerate the glucose drink labeled “refrigerate” despite us making the appointment several days in advance.
2) we had to sit in a waiting room for 2 hours. There was no WiFi available. When I asked if we could turn the volume down on the blaring tv with revolving ads and random tv clips, they said it has to be kept up for the hearing impaired. That might be important, if there were any other patients in the waiting room.
3) My kid is 11. There was zero conversation with him. Well, except when she scolded him for not taking off the cotton ball bandage after 10 minutes. She grumpily warned him to spit up the drink because he’d have to do this again another day. This was the reaction to him gagging on the warm syrupy drink.
Honestly, I can only compare it to the California DMV.

I had an appointment and I was taken back promptly at the time scheduled. That never happens anywhere and it made my whole day and experience all the better

I really like this location, there is no receptionist so you check in on a iPad up front which was very user friendly. I’ve never waited long each time I’ve come here, even with no appointment. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you, people just don’t know how to follow directions and then get mad at it.

Easy checkin on the tablet, took me back immediately, tech was quick, professional and friendly. It couldn’t have been any easier or better.

I signed in on line. 3 people that checked in at site and came in after me got called first. The first thing that was said to me was this is for Labcorp so if they want panels we can’t do it here. After several minutes I asked if I needed to go to Labcorp. No response until I was finally told to roll up my sleeve. The staff was very rude.

When I arrived for my apt. I opened the link that was texted to me to inform my arrival. I then went into the office and scanned the QR code I was given and was asked where I would wait. I selected I would wait outside and confirmed my cell phone number. I was overlooked and never called back. There was no one working at the desk. I finally caught a clinician as they were walking another patient out and asked about my apt. which by then I had been waiting for about an hour. I was finally taken back for my blood draw. The person that checked me in had no explanation as to why that happened.

I took my 2 year old daughter and I know how much she hates going to the Dr for shots so I was worried about now doing a blood draw. However Joby K was great with her and us. Telling us how we could position her and she did not freak out at all. I am so excited we got him. I will always go to this quest because of how good he was with her.

My phlebotomist was Joby. He was a gentlemen and extremely professional. It's so difficult to get my veins but he didn't have any issues. He was super pleasant.

I have been to this location several times now and was prompted to write a review after a horrible experience down the street at the blue logo company. I am always in and out of this location in 10 minutes, versus waiting 30+ at the other company. The phlebotomists at Quest are wonderful and friendly! Never painful and I have never bruised! They take their time and do their job right.

Walked into a dirty waiting room. Was then met by a staff member with a negative attitude. I was there to give blood for my place of employment and left with a bruised arm because I had to get stuck multiple times. After giving blood, I was told to get a urine sample and to then bring it back into the room I had just left only to come back to the same room being occupied by another patient and then had no where to leave my sample. All in all - terrible experience and would recommend avoiding at all cost.
