They sold the car I bought for about $5k above book. They will low ball your trade. They won't discount their vehicle. They ended up also selling the vehicle I bought for about $993 more than what was advertised on the Internet. Then they'll headcrack you on the backend with a very high rate then blame it on the economy.The vehicle I bought, appears to have right side quarter panel out of an alignment

I was planning to buy a 2024 Cayenne Turbo GT, had talked to a sales rep named Stephen and agreed to a deal. Even placed a $5000 deposit. When I asked them questions on certain incentives with financing with them a smug sales manager called me and backed off from the deal after 3 days of giving me a runaround. I expected a better treatment and experience when purchasing a $220,000 car.But at the end I am really happy I found another dealership in the area that treated me well and I was able to acquire the Porsche that I like with respect a customer deserves . Definitely recommend buying a Porsche from a different dealer than them.

I never thought I would buy a car out of state without seeing it. But the people at Porsche Annapolis really made it easy and enjoyable. Stephen Wilcox is an amazing sales person with great communication skills. Stephen guided me through the whole process, sent pictures, followed up with videos, and replied to every question I had. With the help of his manager, Chris Martin, the deal was finalized and I received the car that I’m very happy with.Good people, great dealer, and fantastic product.

My daughter Ariel purchased her first vehicle from Porsche of Annapolis in November 2022. As a young professional, it was a huge deal for our family to see her get her first luxury vehicle, but also for it to be a brand-new, custom-built Macan. I've accompanied her to the dealership a few times between delivery day and service appointments, and I have continuously been blown away by the phenomenal level of care received from Ms. Angela Brown. Angela goes above and beyond to ensure everyone's experience at the dealership is warm, inviting, and luxurious. We have since moved hours away, but Angela still takes the time to offer after-sales follow-up and to see how we're doing. When my daughter ordered the car, she was told, "Welcome to the Porsche Family." Angela embodies that phrase; her irreproachable professionalism and genuine kindness truly make you feel a part of the Family. We are so thankful for Angela! My daughter and I would also like to extend immense gratitude to Mr. Danny Peña. As we travel a lot, we have had to visit other nationwide dealerships for service. On numerous occasions, Danny has personally spoken with dealerships in other states to educate them on the warranty policies to ensure my daughter received the correct coverage. No one knows Porsche financial products better than Danny. Moreover, Danny is incredibly honest and carries himself with the utmost integrity. My wife & I had an excellent experience at Porsche of Annapolis. We needed to add a 4WD vehicle to our family's line-up, so we test drove several makes & models. We would eventually decide to visit this Porsche dealer to look at some of their inventory. Here's where our experience was outstanding: The sales team actually listened to what we were looking for and did not try to talk us into something that didn't meet our needs, tastes, or budget.We ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned Panamera 4S and it was as smooth as can be thanks to Mark and Chris. Mark made sure we were aware of all of the maintenance & protection plans they had to offer so we could make informed decisions on caring for our investment. We added additional years to the CPO warranty, as well as the 36 month tire & wheel protection plan. Chris on the other hand went above and beyond by doing some little things that went a long way like putting brand new battery’s in the key fobs prior to our departure.Even Danny in Finance gave us exceptional service by making sure we received the lowest interest rate possible! Beating out our own home bank. These guys and gals are the gold standard of how to handle clients with the utmost professionalism and quality of service. To begin with, please talk to Charlie Hutchinson at this dealership. We actually purchased this car through an internet sale and then decided to drive up to Annapolis and take delivery of a CPO Macan. I believe we bought the least expensive car they had on the lot, but they were very kind and accommodating, even staying late for us when traffic delayed us past closing. Charlie even arranged to have my electric car fully charged during the paperwork signing. While finance always offers options that will push up your purchase price, there were no pressure tactics to push us to buy something we didn’t want which was very appreciated. Porsche Annapolis and Charlie exemplify what a dealership experience should be.

Very attentive knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. A open and welcoming place to learn about all things Porsche. Most new cars will need to be ordered, but a fair number of two-year old off lease cars are available for sale in the showroom.

I had a very good experience buying a low mileage Taycan GTS ST from these guys. The car was in excellent shape, there were even a few extra goodies like clear bra and footwell protectors. The transaction was smooth and they did their best to fill me in the new experience of owning an electric vehicle. There are some issues with the included Electrify America charging but that seems to be a general issue and not the dealerships fault.

Porsche Annapolis is ghosting me because they will not honor their return policy on a part for my 964. This is unheard of and the worst way to treat a loyal Porsche owner for over 20 years. I will have to go back to Sunset Porsche for my online purchases.

I was planning to order a 2023 Cayenne, spoke to the sales manager and she agreed to a deal. When I asked them questions on certain charges then she backed off from the deal. I called the dealership to provide my feedback for the bad experience. No response was received back. If you are spending close to $100k then one would expect better customer experience and response from the dealership. I missed another 2023 cayenne deal due to fake promises made by this dealer. I still love my BMW and experience with the car dealership in my area.

Great experience! Porsche is a different type of dealership for sure! I wasn’t necessarily looking for a specific car, had just started looking and went to test drive a Tesla. I mentioned wanting a manual car so I wanted to keep looking but Carlos mentioned having a Subaru I might like. I brushed it off. Went and test drove a few cars at other dealerships, and just being at those other dealerships really showed me how great Porsche is. Carlos kept checking with me and was very understanding about me looking around as the other dealerships didn’t seem to care about my business since I was “just looking” for that moment. I decided to go back and test drive the Subaru. I didn’t know how much I would love it. It’s everything I’ve wanted in a car and I love it so much! Carlos was so helpful in getting me the best deal and quickly. Catherine always checked in to make sure everything was going good and Danny helped me quickly get my financing in order so I could go back to work with my new car! Everyone at Porsche is awesome and I highly recommend going there when you are looking for a new car!!

I just bought my second Taycan (Carmine Red GTS) from Porsche Annapolis in two years and I could not be happier. This is truly the best dealership I have ever gone too. They make you feel like it is a family and there is never any pressure to buy. I want to say a special thanks to Mark, Katherine and Danny for making my experience at Porsche Annapolis so amazing. Every time I had purchased a luxury car at another dealer, the experience was always terrible. With Katherine, Mark and Danny it is always incredible. I will be buying a car from them every year or two going forward and highly recommend anyone even considering a Porsche to go to Porsche Annapolis.On a separate note, I want to say thank you to Hugo who has made any repairs I have needed incredibly easy and seamless.

It truly pains me to write this today. In the past I haven’t had any issues, but my most recent experience was so horrible, I felt the need to share.I recently brought my Porsche in for service, and upon arrival they got my car in right away. No delays, and even got me a loaner in no time. I was informed that the vehicle would need significant maintenance and therefore would be gone for a week or two. They were happy to allow me use of the loaner until then, especially with the bill being over $14,000.Yesterday evening, I was on my way to Annapolis from VA to pickup my car, and got stuck in traffic until the dealership had closed. Since I had been in contact with the service advisor by text I decided to get a room for the night and return it in the morning. Early this morning, I had to be taken to the local hospital. By the time I was able to leave this evening, I had a message from the service manager saying that they were reporting the car stolen and coming to pick it up. Upon my return to the hotel, the car was indeed gone. Also, all of my bags, wallet, ID, money everything that was in the car also gone. Nobody from the dealership is answering and I guess I will have to wait until next week to recover my belongings.This is not the level of professionalism that I have come to expect from Porsche. I certainly wouldn’t expect this treatment from any car company. Especially when the client is spending over $14,000 in service costs.
