Wow what a dealership. The entire team is an A+++ both personally and professionally. As Floridians, on a journey home in the middle of a needing a tire, with a packed car and a puppy, they treated us like a long term customer who had bought many cars from them. They were simply amazing. It started with Dino in parts (Oscar Mueller) who handled our call as we drove there and ordered a new tired as it was not in stock. What a comfort to know they would do this without delay or credit card for that matter. As we pulled into the dealer, 5 minutes before closing, wet met Jamie Wiest (another rock star) who helped unload our packed car so the spare could be placed on so we were safe that night. He/they we so thoughtful and considerate, never once looking at their watch or huffing because they stayed late. In a day and age that lacks service, we were simply amazed. Julianna Brown took it from there and brought us home the next day when the tire came in, including a sendoff with treats and water (Thank you lovely gal in service) to carry us on our journey. Angela Brown followed up with a card when we got home, simply amazing. I think our puppy was the biggest winner as we waited the final leg and the entire Porche team gave her love, attention, and support. I think Bella is your new Mascot (picture enclosed). Words cannot express our heartfelt appreciation for all we met and interacted with. If we could bring you all to Florida to our dealer we would. To the GM you are doing something right, so please keep it up. I can only imagine how your local customer feel. To the team you are unforgettable and thank you so very much. The Ragan's and Bella!

Throughout the service, they were very communicative, by the details on every step. I will be buying my next car from them. They looked at every area of the car and addressed and concerns, explaining all of them to me. Due to the previous excellent service, no maintenance was required as they had kept my car in tiptop shape. The sales manager from three years ago, remembered me as well as the finance manager. This is the kind of service that separates the poor dealerships from the great dealerships. Thank you again.
