First time in this place and I highly recommend. Tania was so sweet and helped me to find some products.The store has a lot of brands, including the one that I love called Kérastase. I certainly will be back.

This store is a refreshing departure from repetitiveness of The-Same-Store-In-Every-Mall-Everywhere! I've shopped here a handful of times now. The ambience is unique, it's always quiet (yet friendly and helpful staff always nearby but not breathing down your neck), they offer a really nice collection of hard-to-find-in-person brands, cult brands, fine fragrances, a salon, - I think there's an entire half of the store dedicated to hair care products. This little store is a gem, highly recommend a stop in. :)

One of my favorite stores in the mall. I go there for a conditioner I can't get anywhere else. The service is always good. Last time I went I saw they had added salon services. I don't know that they specialize in African American hair though.

I have lived in Annapolis for four years now having relocated from Dubai where I had a regular hairdresser who sold the most amazing products. I must say I was delighted when I found Piana at Annapolis Mall. Not only do they have my favorite hair products the staff are all really friendly and extremely knowledgeable on every product they sell. I go regularly to see what new and often find the opportunity to sample some new items. The three ladies/girls who work there are always smiling even at the most busiest times. I highly recommend popping in and seeing what treasures you can find.

The customer service here is horrible. I came here on 3/28 on 4:55 and the girls working kept staring at me and made me very uncomfortable. I asked a question and they looked at me like I was crazy. Their answer was also very wrong, they had no idea what they were talking about. I don't ever see anyone in here and this is probably why, they don't know anything about their products and have horrible customer service.

The store is clean, the displays are eye-catching, and there are a variety of products to suit just about anyone. I appreciated the friendliness and courtesy of the employees. They are very knowledgeable about the products and suggested products for me to use. I have tried a few, and they are excellent!!!

I love, love, love, love this place! Piana has the best selection of beauty supply products at a great price! Even my husband likes this store (and that's saying something)! I have recommended this store to so many friends because I have never been disappointed! The lady that manages the front of the shop is so nice and sweet, I always look forward to my next visit!

Best hair cut and color ever! My stylist was Alem and she is amazing. I've had good highlights and cuts in the past but this is the color I have always wanted to achieve and never have in the past. Same thing with the cut and style.
