I frequented this store a lot over the years for my dog's food. I stopped when the owners Mom would follow me around the store every timeI was in the store. She would stand there watching me, when I observed that others of different ethnicity in the store at the same time were not treated the same. I stopped patronizing them for awhile. Months go, I decided to try again because I couldn't find a specific product online. When I return the mother is no longer there and for a few times I'm treated like the other patrons.I went yesterday and a different clerk followed me around the store when other ethnicity's were not followed around the store at the same time I was there. She pretended to be pulling stock forward , however she only did this on the exact items I just took to the front of the store and she didn't do that while the other person was shopping.I often like to support local business, however, seeing that this is a trend on treatment, from some of the staff there. I will take my money elsewhere as it's not worth it. It's sad to see profiling like this still occurring in 2024. Even worse for it to occur to longtime customers.

Best pet supply store, best staff, greatest vibes. Staff helped me solved a long standing issue with my cats by recommending product that actually works! Will continue buying here forever!

This place is insanely overpriced. Save your $ and go to Pet Supplies Plus. They have the same exact brands but cheaper and usually canned food from brands like Fromm or Stella & Chewy is buy 1 get 1. Pet Supplies Plus also sells the same exact bakery items for HALF the price. Pet Barn is a failing business that charges way too much for goods that can be acquired elsewhere locally.

My dog and I definitely love this store! They carry her Nulo food, and there’s a huge selection of toys, treats, and supplies like Earth Rated wipes that are also part of their purchase rewards program. And the staff always give my pup plenty of attention since that is what she goes for!

I have always had pleasant experiences when visiting Pet Barn in Annapolis, MD. They carry a wide variety of toys, treats, food, collars, beds, etc. I always find items that I haven’t seen elsewhere. And the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Every time I'm here, I'm greeted with friendly and familiar faces that recognize me and remember my name when I get to the register.Great selection of stuff too, and will order food for you as needed for your pet if it's something they don't keep in stock and they are able to.They are a little pricey on some of their items, but the shop is awesome, I highly recommend checking them out ?

Noel was amazing! She explained all the raw food options to me and even helped with calculating the right portion size for my dog. I will definitely return even though I do not live in the area. The decor is adorable and I could for sure see myself spending a lot of money here on such cute pet items and accessories. Love this place ❤️

My Dog Star has some skin and allergy issue so I wanted to visit this pet store to see if they had some items I could purchase instead of getting them off Amazon. I have heard good things about this Ultra oil so I was happy they had it in stock! The store is filled with lots of boutique collar, toys, bedding, special made dog treats, and lots of natural pet food. I was a bit overwhelmed with the selection of pet food, toppers, frozen items that I wish I did more research before visiting. The staff seemed friendly and the store was very clean. It didn't looked cluttered considering the amount of items for sale.

I am 66 while shopping in this store I feel over some shopping baskets. I fell hard. It was about 5 weeks ago. I feel because the lighting was bad and someone left the baskets on the floor. The owner contacted me and wasn’t very helpful at all actually rude about it. I didn’t go to the doctors because I have no insurance. My knee is still burning and full of fluid. So if you visit this store be careful you don’t fall and be careful of the prices.

I was looking for an assortment of martingale collars and only found a few from which to choose. So, no sale there. I did look around the store and found treats and toys for my new cocker rescue. They have a wonderfully stocked store and worth a visit.

The staff at Pet Barn are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Sabrina who helped us find the best type of food for our dog. Sabrina also helped to find the correct fit on a harness for our dog DeeDee ?.
