About Paws at the Mall
Paws at the Mall is a storefront location in the Westfield Annapolis Mall for the Anne Arundel County SPCA. It is a great place to meet a new friend and visit animals. The location has cats and smaller animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, fancy rats, mice, hamsters, parakeets, and occasionally birds or chinchillas, all available for adoption. The staff are wonderful, dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and very lovely people. They are helpful, encouraging, personal, and hardworking advocates for the animals in their care. Their goal is to care for, socialize, and find good homes for each animal. The store is also staffed by volunteers. In addition, Paws sells a large variety of pet supplies, treats, toys, collars, pet clothing, and pet-related home decor, t-shirts, and other merchandise at very reasonable prices. Proceeds from sales go directly to support the AACSPCA, a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter. Please note they ask you to refrain from touching the animals for safety reasons. The store is closed on Mondays.
