New patient. Great commercials. However, I suggest that they spend some of that cash on more folks to answer the phone!!! On hold for nearly an hour. Then directed to wait as the "1st in line" for another 20 minutes...nobody picked up. They could use a web developer as well - does not function well for new patients.

We came here for my daughter not feeling well. I’ve never had any issues here until this time. She was very fatigue and her eyes were sunken and they did a covid/flu test that came back neg. Dr. Daniel Wehner told us that it’s probably an upper respiratory infection and there’s nothing we can do about it. I took my daughter to her pediatrician the next day to find out she has Pneumonia and severely dehydrated. I’m not happy about my experience here this past time.

Service was fast. Physician and staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. I highly recommend Patient First Annapolis.

$450 for a strep and flu test is ridiculous, which only added insult to injury after the 2 hour wait. After over 2 months of trying, I finally got an itemized receipt. I am fine with $160 for the tests themselves as well as paying for the medication. I am NOT fine with a $205 charge for the doctor to tell us the test results, or the $84 extra charge because we visited on the weekend (which should absolutely be disclosed beforehand).

I’m new to the Annapolis area and have yet to find a primary doc. I was so grateful that Patient First was able to see me so quickly today. In addition to the short amount of time it took to see a doctor, they did bloodwork and filled my prescription on site. It was among the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had!

Patient First provided excellent care with minimal wait time. Everyone was super nice and knowledgable. I was also able to have my prescription filled immediately on site.

Thank heavens for Patient First! When I need to be seen by a doctor on a Sunday, knowing Patient First is there is a comforting feeling. There’s always quite a wait but I go with the attitude that I will be there a while. Filling the prescription right there is an added bonus! Always feel like I receive good medical care at Patient First!

I checked on their kiosk as required. A Post It note read “1 hour wait”. As there was only two people in the waiting room I went over to one of the admin ask if the wait time was accurate. She decided to finish her lengthy chat with her co worker before she took my question. Her answer was that she didn’t know so whatever the Post It note says!? I went back to my car. Shortly afterwards I noticed a missed call. I headed right in. When I arrived the same admin staff gleefully told me it took too long to walk back inside so I had to start the admin process again and go to the back of the line! This is the opposite of customer service.

My wait time was very short, and the staff were very kind and efficient. I love that you can have prescriptions filled right in the office.
