Palmer's Towing exceeds all expectations and always comes through. These guys always show up quick, show empathy and compassion, all while maintaining a high degree of professionalism. Due to my position, I encounter these guys on a weekly basis, and they always come through for me. No one wants to need a tow truck, but these guys make it as painless as possible. Richard, thank you for all the help last night with the concrete bollard, I will not forget that level of service and courtesy.

I highly recommend Palmer’s Towing!! A hose clamp blew in our engine and fluid leaked everywhere so we needed a tow. After two other companies canceled and my insurance’s roadside assistance program continued to leave me and our young daughter hanging, I took matters into my own hands and called Palmer’s Towing. Richard, the owner, answered the phone and provided quick and courteous service and a half hour wait estimate - which seemed too good to be true considering I had already been waiting on a tow truck from others for over three hours. Sure enough he showed up on time, as promised, was super pleasant and helpful, and delivered our vehicle to the garage in no time. He even took a quick peek under the hood and spotted the issue right away. If you’re stuck and need assistance in the Millersville/Annapolis/Edgewater area, Palmer’s Towing should be your first call!

I have used Palmer's on several occasions and they are always professional, courteous, and timely. They will ALWAYS be my first call when needing assistance with towing. I would recommend them every time.

All I can say is that this towing company has great customer service! Needed some assistance towing my car to the dealership at the local town center in Annapolis, MD and decided to call Palmer Towing Company and I’m glad that I did. They were so responsive and caring at the same time. If you ever need a towing company that is reliable, I truly recommend them.

Palmer's Towing helped me out on Thanksgiving Eve with a dead car on the side of the highway. They went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were safe, and kept me updated along the way regarding my vehicle.
