Just happened to walk by in need of glasses and the service was incredible! Very clean, nice display, and wonderful employees. Rachel and Navindi were extremely helpful and generous in their service. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend NV’y Optical. I’d been searching for new frames for months when I stopped by and saw their huge selection. The staff brought options for me to try and gave me input when asked. Their service was friendly and professional. I also had lenses replaced in existing sunglass frames and was very happy with both pairs of glasses.

These people are scammers! Mary added $100.00 worth of coatings to my bill without even telling me. It took several visits to get it right. Two weeks later I asked the manager how could this happen and she responded "I haven't spoken to Mary about this." WHAT!!?? Your employee is scamming customers and you don't even call her on it? Must be the way they do business. Avoid!

Exceptional experience. What a breath of fresh air to go to a business that is run by competent, knowledgeable, polite and ambitious people. My friend had an eye surgery and needed an eye exam and new glasses. We are able to get an appointment in Annapolis the next day, late in the evening. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Veera Patel truly is an exceptional optometrist. She used state-of-the-art technology to make her assessment. NO Dilating eye drops necessary. They went the extra mile for us so that we can pick up my friend's new glasses today (the next day). I highly recommend this place.

Great service once you get it. I didn’t get in to my exam until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Not a huge deal, but when providers bill you or cancel you for being more than 15 minutes late, they should extend a similar courtesy to their patients.

I had a wonderful experience, the doctor was very knowledgeable and update on all the last equipment she explained everything in detail. The young lady that helped me pick out my glasses did a wonderful job, very knowledgeable and explained everything about my lenses. She also got my glasses in very quickly for me, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

NVY has limited lense-crafting hours and adheres to a strict appointment arrival policy, but I found them extremely accommodating once they discovered my difficulty in meeting their requirements. Staff are always highly professional, and the optometrists are engaging and personable.
