Stopped by this weekend with my wife and received excellent customer service from Michael. He answered all of our questions and helped us both pick out shoes that fit our needs. He was very easy going with many rounds of swapping sizes, widths, and colors until we found exactly what we wanted. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we will be back!

Nice store! I went during a weekday to buy my boyfriend a new pair, so I already knew what I wanted. It was not busy when I went and I got help relatively quick. Easier than online thats for sure!

Bought 10.5 990v6 at Chevy Chase tried to exchange for 10.5W at Annapolis and manager refused even exchange. The shoes were new, unworn and still had tags attached. In response to this review the owner says the return was denied because the shoes were not “re-sellable”. The manager in the store never even opened the box to deny return, she just saw my face and receipt. Fortunately I had no problem returning the shoes at the corporate store in Chevy Chase. I doubt I will ever shop at Annapolis NB again but the Chevy Chase is pleasant enough

The sales associate that I was lucky enough to be helped by, Conner, was prompt in greeting me, patient with my needs, and extremely knowledgeable. What more can you ask for?I am new to serious/proper running shoes, and I really feel like I walked out of the store with a good foundation to begin my journey thanks to Conner's succinct information. Was referred to the store by my podiatrist. Connor helped me and was fabulous! He took the time and encouraged me to try on several pairs of shoes (different sizes, with/without orthotics) to ensure I got a great pair. Definitely recommend.
