Went there yesterday to buy shoes for myself my son‘s as well looking to spend around three to $400 walked in. We’re not greeted was there maybe 1015 minutes was intended to spoken to but no one asked if you want to purchase something if you want to look at the sides and were only really addressed as we we’re leaving. It seems if they didn’t want our business for some reason or another. I don’t know what it is. Maybe they made enough money already, but it was really weird to walk into a shoe store and have people seemingly unwilling or desiring to sell us shoes.

Stopped by this weekend with my wife and received excellent customer service from Michael. He answered all of our questions and helped us both pick out shoes that fit our needs. He was very easy going with many rounds of swapping sizes, widths, and colors until we found exactly what we wanted. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we will be back!

Nice store! I went during a weekday to buy my boyfriend a new pair, so I already knew what I wanted. It was not busy when I went and I got help relatively quick. Easier than online thats for sure!

Bought 10.5 990v6 at Chevy Chase tried to exchange for 10.5W at Annapolis and manager refused even exchange. The shoes were new, unworn and still had tags attached. In response to this review the owner says the return was denied because the shoes were not “re-sellable”. The manager in the store never even opened the box to deny return, she just saw my face and receipt. Fortunately I had no problem returning the shoes at the corporate store in Chevy Chase. I doubt I will ever shop at Annapolis NB again but the Chevy Chase is pleasant enough
