Cashier # 8283460- TERRIBLE customer service. I put my items on the counter and she just stared at me until I moved them closer to her. Hardly said more than 5 words to me.

This was my first time at this "New" NEX. It is a much nicer facility than the NEX of 27 years ago. I found everything I needed. The store is very clean and organized. And our cashier was very friendly.

It is one of the better NEXs in the area. Great selection across the whole store. Uniform shop is excellent. Tailors hemmed my pants while I waited and was lightning quick.

This is the worst NEX I have ever been too! They have some prices that aren't to bad, but I prefer to go somewhere else just to not deal with the rude employees here.

Rita and Malachi were incredible! I called ahead to ask if they were available about an hour before close for a last minute tailor. I just needed a patch sewn and within a few minutes, Rita had gotten me all taken care of. This was awesome! Best Tailor experience I’ve had at a NEX ever. Thank you!

Worst NEX I have ever been to. I have visited this exchange multiple times and all of the employees at the registers are always super rude. We visited due to a sale they showed online on their website. We went in and found the item and went to the front to do a price match and were told they do not price match their website, which is not true. The manager on shift eventually came up and said they have to give us the discounted price because they do price match their website. This is definitely not the first time an employee didn’t know the store policy. We then had placed an online order to get a few more of the jackets on sale for in-store pickup. The employee told us they got the order and to return in 15 min, once we returned the manger came back up to the front and told us they canceled our order because they refuse to sell an item at such a discounted price and pulled it from the floor.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give this NEX. I've been to NEX all around the world, and this is the first one that went out of their way to help me tailor a uniform with a 1.5day turnaround and stay open late to help me pick it up the night before a wedding. Nothing but the best praise for the Tailor Shop Staff and thank you to the Manager for helping stay open late.

Recently joined the NEX online. The web site is absolute trash but they do have some name brand apparel . Made my first order and made the mistake of not knowing that all items aren't eligible to be shipped to home. Realizing this immediately after the order was placed I tried to find a way to cancel the order before it processed. There was no way to do this. Two items were delivered to a store in Annapolis. 200 miles away. I wrote Customer Service who told me They couldn't do it call the store. I called the store and the phone rang 15 times until someone picked up and said thanks for holding. I repeated at least three times my information. They put me on hold then said someone would call me. I said all I want to do is cancel a pickup. They didn't ask for the order number and said some would do that. I asked them to take the order number and they hung up. The most inept disorganized supposed benefit to Veteran Retirees I have ever experienced and not once a Thank you for your Service . No more. I'll stick to Amazon

Unfortunately this store is JUST FOR MILITARY PEOPLE!One of the best place for you buy things with no tax, besides that they sometimes give you a sell alert of 20% off !You can find all kind of stuff in this store clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, iPhone, televisions, jewelry and also all the good brands!Also they have a food court very small with a Subway and Panda Express!Talking about food they have Commissary that you can make your grocery shopping with a great selection of food, vegetables, fruits and always in a great deals!The Navy Exchange is located in a great place in Annapolis and very easy to get there!You can find a gas station, yes you can get gas there also, but the price is the only thing that i don’t think is a good deal!

Way better than Pax River Exchange. Uniform section is great they actually have multiple sizes and the staff seemed more knowledgeable.
