Navy Exchange Main is a very nice place with lots of choices, typical of a department store plus extras. It is restricted to military personnel. This NEX is a much nicer facility than older versions, noted for being very clean and organized. It is considered one of the better NEXs in the area with a great selection across the whole store, including clothes, shoes, electronics, jewelry, and good brands. Shoppers can find all kinds of stuff, often with no tax and sale alerts. The tailor shop is frequently highlighted as excellent. Staff are praised for being incredible, friendly, and providing lightning quick service, such as hemming pants while customers wait. Experiences include last-minute help, fast turnarounds, and staff going out of their way to stay open late, resulting in the best tailor experience. The location also includes a small food court with Subway and Panda Express, and a separate commissary for grocery shopping with a great selection of food. It is located in a great place in Annapolis that is very easy to get to. A gas station is available, though some note the price is not considered a good deal.

This was my first time at this "New" NEX. It is a much nicer facility than the NEX of 27 years ago. I found everything I needed. The store is very clean and organized. And our cashier was very friendly.

It is one of the better NEXs in the area. Great selection across the whole store. Uniform shop is excellent. Tailors hemmed my pants while I waited and was lightning quick.
