Great staff and good inventory for such a small space.Set me up with the right battery and AAA discount when my Tacoma battery decided to die on me.Ordered tools online and picked up in store, easy and had my stuff waiting for me to go back to work.Made warranty exchange on my broken ratchet pain free and easy.Good counter/parts team with old school vibe, not the autozone crowd.Support your local NAPA!!

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. A male in his late 20s early 30s with an attitude problem made shopping there a nightmare. Didn't catch his name because he removed it from the receipt. I highly suggest anywhere else for your automotive needs.
