at this dealership for service & battery replacement - They were quick, repaired and serviced my car (in the time I expected).
No complaints and a friendly staff. 2020 Mini went in via tow and came back to us like new!

The service was fast but no frills. I had a part replaced and an oil change and general maintenance and they couldn't be bothered to wipe down the inside of the car or wash it. After paying almost $1000 for a couple of hours work that is the least that I would expect. BMW prices with Chevy service.

I brought my wife's Mini Cooper in for an oil change. Bryan was excellent and took the time to explain the issues they found in the car. I've always had good experience with the service dept.

Tom Hamel is greeeaaaaat at customer service! I called him because after selling me my first Mini ten years ago, he ensured me a good customer experience the whole while I owned the vehicle- even after he went to the BMW side. That level of excellence in company commitment and customer service is rare and much-appreciated!

Do Not Choose This Dealership!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle in almost 15 years of service. They were extremely unresponsive and unwilling to act in good faith with our purchase. It took them five months to provide a title that they didn’t have at the time of purchase. They promised to register the vehicle in my state of legal residence but failed to sell it with a current inspection/emissions test. Instead, they requested that I come by to redo the deal to make it convenient for them.
I was so frustrated that my only option was to do their job for them, handling titling and registration on my own. Even then, it took them another two months to furnish the titling, taxes, and registration monies, which they sent to the wrong address. This culminated in needing to involve the MD Attorney General and MVA.
In my opinion, this dealership is extremely unsatisfactory and not worth the headache and stress that will come with a purchase. Just find another dealer and save yourself the trouble. Not exactly honest brokers managing that dealership.

I’m simply trying to save my fellow service members from a massive headache and making the same mistake I did. But happy to chat. Again, you have my number, it’s not changed.
