I called the MetroPcs store to obtain information to add another line to my account. I called customer service and spoke with a nice representative. I was advised that I needed to call the MetroPcs where I opened my line to see how many lines I had on my account. I called along with the customer service representative on the line. I called MetroPcs on West Street 10 times or more. I was 1 hour away from the store and asked a friend to drive by. The sales person was standing outside of the store for over 25 to 35 minutes talking on the phone. When the sales lady finally answered the phone I asked her was it normal to disregard business telephone calls during store hours and she said "yes". She further stated that they are allotted a lunch break and she is allowed to do what she want on her lunch break and that she does not have to answer the phone. "Hun". I will never visit the location on West Street again and I suggest that no one visit that store. Customer service means nothing to them.

I was greeted as I entered by a woman with short kinky hair. She seemed pleasant. As I explained the reason for my visit she continued to crack her knuckles where I could see it. I explained it was distracting and she said it is her favorite thing to do. I mentioned it was not professional and she continued cracking her knuckles. I told her I would take my business elsewhere. As I walked out she continued cracking her knuckles. There were 2 employees and no customers. I certainly can understand why people would take their business elsewhere.Please educate this woman on proper customer service! I won’t be back!

The location is fine. The problem is MetroPCS itself. Very slow data (at best 480p streaming), but in Annapolis there's so many areas where the signal dies. Im talking about heavily used roads/areas, right next to downtown! Honeslty they are a bit cheaper than mainstream providers, but i would not call it a bargain/deal.
