I was hesitant on taking the appointment I’ve been processing with square they were easy and convenient for me so I really wasn’t looking to switch until Wayne came in explained their program showed me how simple their program is and how much money I would save so we decided to give it a try since it was a month to month contract we have been processing with them for 5 months now and I wish we would have made this switch sooner

The receptionist I spoke with was outstanding!! She is very polite and knowledgeable. I was given all the information I needed and much more. I would give her 10 stars if that was an option. It is hard to find passionate people who strive to help with your needs these day.

I am a new business owner. I have been looking for Merchant services for the past month and I received a call from Bree last week about their services and new program. She was very knowledgeable and professional. We set an appointment for the next day and the underwriter Wayne that came out was super nice and patient with me. They came out within 2 days to set up my equipment and I also get free receipt paper as well which is a plus! Everyone I worked with so far has been phenomenal and I would recommend them to any small/big business! Thanks Merchant Processing!!!!!!!

Merchant Processing Solutions is phenomenal! I can't say enough good things from the marketing to the sales team to the round the clock customer service. I was treated fairly and with kindness start to finish and my business saw a substantial decrease in what I was paying in fees, some of which I didn't even know I was paying. When the rep came out last January and did the comparison he pointed out where my old processor was hiding fees. Until then, I didn't even know my old processor was hiding fees! They showed me what they could do for me and it was an obvious choice. Since then I've been using them and haven't had a problem that they couldn't resolve quickly so I could get back to running my business. Merch Pro for life!
