We recently purchased our first Mercedes Benz, GLC 300 in April 2024. When we first walked in the showroom we were introduced to Darrell Gough. I was mixed between getting another Lexus, after owning one for 15 years, or making a change to a Mercedes. After speaking with Darrell and test driving a mercedes, I was sold. He took so much time explaining all the features, performance of the vehicle and how they could get me the exact color combination I wanted and they did. Darrell provided top notch Customer Service through the car buying experience and still provide customer service today. His goal is to make sure I love, enjoy and know how to operate all features on my Mercedes. Coinidentally we ran into each other on vacation in June and after talking a little, he asked how everything was going with my Mercedes. A man always making sure his customer is satisfied. I am so pleased with the level of customer service I received from this dealership. From the moment I walked in I felt apart of the family. Darrell & Dean went above and beyond to secure "Bella" my new 2024 GLE53.
Now lets get into it....
I am a person that suffers from anxiety when I'm overwhelmed. For the first time ever, I was able to chill. They made sure that all my wants and needs were meet and looked out for me as if they could read my mind.

Excellent service and support. Mr. Donald was conscientious about keeping us abreast of the timeline for our build, and always responded promptly to any questions. The only reason I am not leaving a 5 is that we first had a different saleperson who left the dealership - we were waiting to submit a build package and missed the opportunity on the model we originally wanted to purchase. I feel that Mercedes Benz of Annapolis could have done a better job of letting us know what had happened, as we did not find out until we went into the dealership to inquire. However, since this initial bump in the road, everything has been fantastic.
