The ladies at Melissa's Hallmark were very pleasant and helpful. Have visited their store twice in one week for gifts and invitations. Very customer friendly.??

Poor customer service. Not trained. The girls make up stories when you have a question or problem. Sad store that only wants people to buy their products and go away! I will not be returning there.
