I was greeted & assisted by Ben today. He informed me that it was his first week on the job, and was working solo due to a scheduling issue. He did a great job helping me with my purchase, and confirming the online offer that I had received regarding pricing. Ben did a great job reviewing all of the options & details of my purchase. I was very happy with my visit to mattresses frim I had spoken to Andrea over the phone and he was very helpful even called me back to update the information. When I went to the store the gentleman there was equally as helpful and I was able to get my delivered sooner than had been expected. So I’m very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

I went in to browse my options and MAYBE purchase a clearance mattress with the intent of buying my own frame, but Andre was so honest and patient with me while I tried out every mattress option (3-4 times ?), and was so knowledgeable about my options after listening to my concerns, that I had no choice but to trust his judgement and get a mattress and adjustable base. He provided the perfect amount of information without making me feel like he was pushing something on me that I wasn’t ready for! Andre was able to provide his expertise while also working within my budget to provide me a bed setup that I couldn’t be more excited for! Forget 5 stars Andre gets 12! Thank you Mattress Firm and more importantly Andre for his excellent customer service and very reasonable rates! ❤️
